Lumos Helmet レビュー 

Thanks for your response; didn't see reply option. I'm person w/ helmet w/ no sun visor &, between -2C & +11C, battery dropping ~85%/hr. Don't know which helmet I have but it cost $220 Cdn, with MIPS. Must return by Wed for $ back.
Thanks for your response Nov 27 and suggestion to email. However, I returned the helmet. I would reconsider buying if the battery life improves and a sun visor is added. If you need lights on a helmet, that means you're riding in the dark. That also means there's a good chance you'll be riding into a setting or rising sun, making a visor essential too.

You can tell whether a company is good by two things: the quality of the product and, above all, the support you receive if there is an issue with it.
Lumos definitely deserves five stars on both counts! I was super happy with my Lumos helmet. But after a few months I had a problem with the light. After a few emails, Lumos sent me a new helmet! Many, many thanks for that! (Especially now in winter you feel much safer on the streets of Cologne with an illuminated helmet).

Lumos is awesome!

Their products are really innovative and dramatically increase my safety on the road. When I ran into an unusual problem with my Lumos Remote, Kavin of the customer success team was extremely helpful and worked with me over the course of several days, providing my feedback to the rest of the team and going out of his way to fix my issue. I felt very listened to and cared for. Eventually, we settled on the only option being a replacement, which was delivered quickly and smoothly.

Lumos has earned itself a lifelong customer and I'm really excited to see what you guys do next!

Just did a review on my First lumous matrix helmet High Vis Red- Orange. 5 STARS... Unique design, and a plethora of safety features and rave customer reviews I dipped my pinkie in the helmet whatever and woww what an amazing well fit for an adult helmet! Very very satisfied as o I bought the pearl white...same great reviews as the first. I give this one 5 STARS. I already wore it off road...and as I said in my first lumous matrix helmet review, I'm glad that the lumous matrix helmet has my back, but you know I mean, has my head, in the event of a spill. Life packs amazing surprises of all sorts as a an avid cyclist etc one knows that protecting ones head is of the utmost imperative. I trust my ( pate), er fancy way of saying head, to Lumous. That's my second review. Go get yourself and yours, lumous helmets. I recommend... again 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

had to get together a bit of documentation (video of the problem), but after that it was smooth sailing and am very pleased that they replaced the product.

All their customer support team are incredible! From answering questions that are parochial to explaining things in a more detailed way, they've all been incredible to deal with!

I LOVE my Lumos helmet and firefly lights!! I feel so seen on the road at night. As someone who commutes by bike and often in the dark, I was looking for an easy way to be more visible at night and the Lumos helmet and lights give me so much confidence that I won’t be missed!

One of my lights came with a faulty battery so it was dying very quickly but the Lumos team was super great at just sending me a new one!

Had a warranty issue with my helmet, replaced and with me within 5 days. It's a different design, and actually really happy as the new design has better charging and it resolves the issue on the switch with the first one I had.

No quibbling, no messing around - great stuff.

I have had a problem with my battery pack and Ann helps me in a really wonderful way to solve this problem!

Haben einen LUMOS ULTRA über Kickstarter damals bestellt und darauf auch länger warten müssen, als Amazon Besteller. - aber gut - egal, kann passieren, nun hat mein Kind in der Schule zwei der gelben Haltegummis, innen kaputt gespielt. Und wir haben, da wir online dieses vermutlich ≤ € 0,1 teures Ersatzteil, wie gesagt ein Gummistöpsel, nicht gefunden haben, zum örtlichen Fahrradhandel (B.O.C.) begeben. Diese Mitarbeiterin möchte ich positiv hervorheben, denn sie hat sich sehr engagiert, obwohl wir den Helm dort garnicht gekauft hatten. Aber auch sie konnte dieses "Cent Ersatzteil" nicht besorgen, gab uns aber die Emailadresse von dem Support. Dieser forderte erstmal Bilder an, danach dann die Rechnung, um uns dann zu schreiben, dass wir außerhalb der Garantie seien, sie uns aber "großzügiger Weise" 30% Rabatt auf die UVP eines neuen Helm geben würden. - DANKE ! (Ironie off) anstatt uns zwei Gummis zu schicken, die wir selbstverständlich auch zahlen würden sowie die Versandkosten dafür. - nee Danke wir wechseln dann lieber zu einem anderen Anbieter, der auch einen wirklichen Support bietet

Kaum nachdem ich eine Supportanfrage (das Update funktionierte nicht) eingereicht habe, ist die hilfreiche Antwort eingetroffen. Tolle Leistung. Immer wieder.

I love the helmet it’s fantastic! However the first one I received was faulty. But the support and communication I received was second to none in replacing it. I was nervous about what would happen when I contacted Lumos but absolutely no need. Brian sorted the whole thing and replaced the helmet. I really recommend this company and their product.

Recently I had an issue with software updating. The support team was very helpful. I am also very satisfied with Ultra Lumos which I have. I really feel comfortable and safe using Lumos helmet. With a great team I am more then happy to be part of the Lumos family :)

Been using a Lumos Ultra helmet for 1 year+, super easy to use, looks nice, and I love the visibility and turn signals. Participated in the Firefly Kickstarter this year and recently set up my Fireflies - setting them up was quick and easy, they sync really nicely, and come with helpful attachments to secure to the bike. Overall, great attention to quality, design and implementation, and vision - I'm excited about their technology, designs, and feel a lot safer on my commutes and rides.

Amazing customer service as well! My building experienced some package thefts when my Fireflies were supposed to arrive so I was disappointed that I didn't see them, but after explaining the situation to customer service, they quickly offered help and then sent a new shipment. I really appreciated that they even followed up to check in after I hadn't yet replied, the check in helped me get the products faster and made me feel supported!

The helmet fits great and the lights provide some nice visibility at night. I had issues upgrading the firmware but support was really helpful in getting that resolved. I like how you can easily customize the brightness and flash pattern of the lights.

My remote for my helmet stopped working after 1 use. I contacted customer service and they replaced it promptly.
