Der Helm ist super, die App ein Witz.Firmware kann nicht installiert werden, somit ist die App sinnlos. Wurde bereits 2025 beschrieben, kann nicht verstehen das die Firma kein Ãnderungen vornimmt. Echt Schade fÃŒr den guten Helm.Evtl. kennt jemand den Trick die App zu nutzen.

Ik contacteerde de klantendienst van Lumos.
De volgende dag ontving ik reeds een antwoord - men had nog wat extra gegevens nodig.
Na mijn reply hierop, ontving ik de dag daarop weer antwoord: men zou mij een nieuwe afstandsbediening opsturen zonder mij extra kosten aan te rekenen.
Enkele dagen later ontving ik het apparaat en alles werkt terug perfect.

Online-Shop nicht in der EU, Service nicht zu empfehlen
Ich wollte den Helm direkt bei Limos bestellt. Der sehr professioneller Onlineshop suggeriert, dass die Ware auf Europa bzw. EU kommt. Das ist leider nicht der Fall. Die Ware wird aus China versendet. Meine Bestellung wurde 4 Wochen nicht bearbeitet. Auf Nachfrage erhielt ich nach 2 Wochen eine Reaktion. Es hiess, es unterlief ein Fehler. Als ich direkt auf die Mail mein Widerruf eingereicht habe und bat meine Bestellung zu stornieren, bekam ich tagelang keine Antwort. Meine Bestellung wurde direkt als versendet markiert und (Verfolgung Ìber shop App) befand sich gut eine Woche noch im Lager in China. Der Helm kam irgendwann an, es war jedoch das Mips plus. Ich habe es zurÌck geschickt. Der RÌckversand musste ich Ìbernehmen. Aus meiner Sicht handelt es sich bei dem EU-Shop um eine ganz klare Verbraucher-TÀuschung.

Casque de bonne qualité. Arrive déjà appéré avec la télécommande. La forme intérieure appuie sur l'arriÚre du crâne. Il est préférable de l'essayer, car ne convient pas a tous. TrÚs stable une fois en place. Laisse une marque importante sur le front aprÚs utilisation.

I received the helmet as said from Amazon. It is a great looking helmet. I havenât had a chance to use it yet but all the lights work perfectly and the fitting straps work great. So far so great!!!

I am happy to update my earlier review. The customer service team as per my below really lets this product down. When the product works it is excellent, but when it doesnt for weeks and it is impossible to contact customer services you are left with a product with an issue you cant resolve which is very expensive.
That said, they have now been in contact and they have updated me and as of today the issue is resolved. It does concern me how long they were uncontactable in any way, then I leave reviews on various platforms and I hear within a few days. Excellent product, customer service needs ALOT of work.

I want to help you before you fall into the position I have. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to with this one.
I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company after I suffered a seizure in 2025 which left me without a car or licence. So I got a bike and purchased the ebike ultra helmet, 4 fireflys, the 4 way firefly charger, rear mount and remote. Within a week of getting fireflys a mandatory firmware update stopped me being able to access any of the devices on the app. When it fails in the app, it gives you a resource but this is for the helmet only, NOT the lights. Without being able to complete the mandatory firmware update, it leaves you locked out of the devices in the app. So you cant change position of the lights, light sequences. Any of it. You are left with a light that turns on and off. Thats it without the app. I have emailed support 3 times as well as sending instagram and facebook messages. You get absolutely no reply.Now I find myself 200-300 pounds down and it is literally impossible to get hold of customer service no matter how you think to try and get hold of them.
Hate to say it folks. A company we have all seen before. Throw a ton of money at a load of marketing with a product that doesnt actually work properly. They make the cash and the product doesnt work as advertised as well as having a non existent customer service team. We've all seen plenty of these companies before - Dont get caught out by them and end up hundreds of pounds down the drain.

Ich habe den Lumos MIPS Helm mit integrierten LEDs im November 2022 online gekauft (ca. 198 â¬).
Nach knapp 35 Monaten ist die Elektronik komplett ausgefallen: verzögerte Reaktionen, spÀter nur ÃŒber Akkuentladung abschaltbar und zuletzt gar kein Einschalten mehr möglich â ohne ÀuÃere BeschÀdigung oder Sturz.
Eine Reklamation ÃŒber den ursprÃŒnglichen HÀndler war aufgrund von Insolvenz nicht möglich. Vom GroÃhÀndler gab es lediglich ein Angebot ÃŒber 20 % Rabatt auf einen neuen Helm.
Bei einem sicherheitsrelevanten Premiumprodukt erwarte ich eine deutlich lÀngere Lebensdauer. Aufgrund des Defekts und der Erfahrungen mit Service/Kulanz kann ich keine Kaufempfehlung aussprechen.

An inattentive or impatient drive could cause harm. I have the Lumos and firefly lights offering lights on my helmet and bike with synchronized flashing lights.
The clasp or buckle pinches my skinâŠ
The clasp or buckle pinches my skin near my throat and is almost impossible to undue since it seems to grab more skin as I try to slide the buckle to undo.
Am trying to solve by filing down the edges and maybe adding some oil to the area.

This helmet has the problem that the front light is extremely blinding at night, both when constantly on and when flashing. You can no longer see anything more than 2 meters in front of you.
