Cervical spine alignment really was the central thing we kept coming back to during development, because so much of what people complain about in the morning (stiff necks, sore shoulders, restless sleep) traces back to that one thing being off. The whole no wiggling around to find a nice spot thing is exactly the feeling we kept chasing in development, because side sleepers in particular tend to spend half the night rearranging the pillow trying to find that one sweet angle. Please know that our support email (support@lumuwala.com) does still exist and is active. Over the past few weeks we have been upgrading our infrastructure, and unfortunately during that transition some incoming emails were not coming through to our team as they should have been, which is why you may not have received the responses you deserved. A month with no confirmation, no replies, and then a pillow in a plain plastic bag that's nothing like the one on our site. That's a mess and I'm sorry.

The pillow you got is not what we sell. It shouldn't have shipped in that state, and you shouldn't have been left wondering for weeks whether anyone was on the other end. I want to get you a refund. Send me a note at support@lumuwala.com with the email you used at checkout, or your order number if you have it. I'll have your order pulled up before I reply, and I won't make you re-explain any of this.

This one's on us. The package went to the wrong address, the courier couldn't help you because the name on it isn't yours, and the replies you got from our side clearly weren't reading what you wrote. None of that is your problem to solve.

Email me at support@lumuwala.com with the email you ordered under. I'll look at the label we generated versus the address you typed in at checkout and figure out where it went sideways. You can pick a reshipment or a refund, whichever you'd rather. I'll handle the message myself, no template.
