Really loved my product. Cool fungi pattern on a skort that is flattering, and the material can work for a festival or like an athletic long walk. Shipping took much longer than I expected - they claimed it's because they're made to order which might be true. Kinda pricey but I was happy to see that the product was worth it once it arrived

The items came quickly and looked fantastic!! Even when an item didn't quite fit (it was a gift for my wife) they made an exception for me to get it right. I'll definitely be buying more from this business.

Was originally worried with time taken to get an update on shipping, but contacted support and they kept me up to date and put my worries at ease. It may take awhile to produce something like the custom cloaks.

Big fan of cloaks and have to say I much prefer this design to the electro threads cloaks (and the support). If you're looking for a multifunctional comfy cloak for the rave/festival, get it from here for sure.

let me start by saying, I am a repeat customer. I had a fairly large and expensive order this time. waited the time that is set down on the site for hand crafting. no update or shipping information sent as of yet, so I contacted the team at lunafide to find out what was going on. next day had a reply, and have been constantly checking in the whole way till my order arrived, making sure the information got to me and that I was satisfied. I am by the way. the art and asthetic they produce is top knotch. I am constantly asked where I got my cloaks, by young and old alike. now my kids have their own cloaks. we're a family of walking advertisements. we all love the products, and we have a sense of pride in them. so thank you team at lunafide.

Ordered 3 pairs of boardshorts and they look incredible, fit great, and the shipping time wasn’t bad at all! Will definitely order more!

I ordered the Vegvisir Cloak and I love it. It looks and feels great. Perfect for the winter time.

I have ordered two of their cloaks and they are both A++ on the quality and materials that are used are very niiiice! Ill be back for sure, the worst part is having to choose which one to get first. Worth every penny, beautiful work guys, tysm!!

Honest opinion, makes you feel like a rockstar.

Delivery times were tricky. but satisfactory.

Fantastic customer service and an amazing product. I got a size that was to small and they replaced it with a bigger one.

I placed an order on 21 Dec and refused delivery due to undisclosed customs charges on 16 Jan. Royal Mail tracking confirms the parcel was returned to Lunafide on 20 Feb, yet I have still not received a refund.

Customer support repeatedly said they were “checking with the team” and even committed to a 3 business day update, which has now passed with no response.

At this point, the returned item has been with the company for several weeks without a refund being issued. I am now escalating this through Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and the UK small-claims process if it is not resolved immediately.

UPDATE 23/3/2026: I have now sent a formal Letter Before Action after receiving no response to emails, my review, or social media contact (comments were removed). If this is not resolved within 7 days, I will proceed with a small claim to recover the money.

UPDATE: 9/4/2026
Since my original review, I have taken further steps to resolve this issue.

Lunafide confirmed in writing that a refund would be processed once the returned item was received. Despite this, no refund has been issued and they have since refused to honour this commitment.

I have now:

-Raised a formal dispute with Clearpay
-Submitted a formal complaint to Clearpay
-Initiated a chargeback request with my bank
-Reported the matter to UK consumer authorities

I would strongly advise other UK customers to carefully review all terms, particularly around customs charges and returns, before purchasing.

Overall: Beautiful and unique art on good quality clothing. The lead times are on the long side, so just know that you're in for a wait. The customer service has been excellent - prompt, friendly, and helpful! I have purchased multiple times from this website.

Worth noting: the Helm of Awe cloak photos on the Lunafide website make the color of the cloak itself appear to be a dark, rich purple color when in fact it is black.

Area for improvement: The product descriptions could and should be more detailed, especially for the price point.

I ordered two leggings and two hoodies. I opened one hoodie and it was huge and I didn’t like the material. I put it directly back in to the plastic and wrapped everything up to return it. 3 of the 4 items were never opened. The wanted to charge a $10 restocking fee. Fine. Then it took forever to get a form to fill out to return the items. And then I had to wait for the form to be approved. Finally everything was sent in. This took around 2 or so weeks for the entire process. Then I had to hound them about if they had received my return. They sent some pictures of the opened hoodie and said it showed signs of wear because there was some fibers in it but I NEVER wore it!!! Now they won’t refund me for that item at all. The customer service was terrible and the return policy is horrific. Never again.

Amazing cloak i ordered for myself and a friend and they are great. Warm and great design. Love the art work and time put into these cloaks wish they was waterproof but for warm and comfortable and better quality then Amazon crap. Support US Makers and lunafide! Also amazing customer support

Well made designer apparel, 6/5 star customer support, and all together a top class shopping experience makes Lunafide worth returning to.

The good:
Amazing designs, great variety, and VERY comfortable clothing. The clothing fits and feels very comfortable and is true to size.
Customer support was helpful and managed to resolve my issue in a positive and professional manner.
I own roughly 15~ lunafide pieces and each one still looks just as beautiful as the day I bought them, especially the ultra cloaks!

The bad:
Lunafide is quite expensive for what they offer ($50 for a shirt, even for a design or supporting an artist, is expensive, and that’s just a shirt) but whether it’s worth it or not is entirely preference based. Buy what you like and like what you buy.
Delivery does occur, you will get your stuff, though sometimes it does take longer than expected or mentioned. Don’t be afraid to contact customer service if it’s gone past the expected timeline. If it says 8 business days for a shirt and it’s been 10, email them.
Customer service is very helpful but it’s also a bit slow. It’s like one message a day so be sure to make your emails well detailed and accurate as possible.

Anecdote: I did place an order for 2 shirts and 2 shorts around November 28 of 2025 and while I did receive two shirts and 1 shirt by December 20, I didn’t receive the final pair of shorts till February 20 2026. They did apologize for the delay but didn’t provide compensation for said delay. Not essential or necessary, just something to note.

Amazing customer service! I screwed up my order and Lunafide rep took care of for me instantly and followed up to make sure I received my order. I received my board shorts right on time. Board shorts are top quality surf shorts but my favorite part is the amazing graphics. I like to be unique on the beach, kiteboarding and surfing so these board shorts will definitely get some attention!! Thanks again for your amazing service!

What I love most About the 2 cloakes I purchased is that they're individually made per order. It makes them feel personal to me. They do not look and are not mass-produced. The materials are really quite comfortable and the designs and their application on the material is really excellent.
