My family has orders 3 different cloaks from this place and they are all fantastic and well made. It takes a while to get it, but keep in mind they are hand made. Much better communication on this last order! Good stuff

Amazing product. Feels like custom clothing not a large run garment. They have great customer service and treat you as an appreciated and valued part of their business. If more company's acted this way we would not buy cheap garments from other countries.

They've always been responsive and make a great product, but when I received my order and found one item was different from what I ordered, they responded quickly (especially considering it was during the holiday season) to my email and sent me the item I had actually ordered ASAP. I had more trouble with my email glitching out when I tried to reply than I had getting my desired item. And I didn't need to send the incorrect item back or anything! I feel like this is the ideal interaction for this kind of situation.

Lunafide is amazing—they respond super fast and the clothes are great quality! I had a problem with an order, and they fixed it right away and sent a new one for free. Incredible customer service! I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again.

The products are AMAZING. Fit is perfect. Colors are just as vibrant as in the pictures. Great quality. Just remember these are custom made so processing takes a bit longer. The little extra wait is well worth it.

Temu quality garbage made to sound like real quality its a heavy polyester blend mix avoid at all cost if you want real quality go else where this is not quality at all

I ordered this for a party. I had been researching the brand before I pulled the trigger. The time for the cloak to arrive was not a few days. But when I connected with customer service they reminded me that the cloak was made to order and confirmed my tracking details.

Great products improved shipping and will order again

Very quick to respond and clothes are high quality and detailed. I had a problem with an order and Lunafide were quick to help resolve the problem and re send a new order for no charge. Amazing customer service and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been dispatched. The description of the item said it was ready to ship on order but I’ve heard nothing from them since they took my money. I’ve sent multiple emails but they are not answering. Not sure if company is a scam or not but I will have to file a dispute with my payment provider now to get my money back

Edit: Item arrived on 29th October. They eventually returned my emails and apologised, saying they would send out an extra blanket as an “apology item”. But I didn’t receive the extra item.

Bumped it up to 2 stars as the blanket is very good. Sadly it arrived well after the date I needed it by (someone’s birthday gift). The experience hasn’t been great.

Customer Service was amazing, Bella in particular. I've owned cloaks before, so I had a lot of questions, and I was trying to get it shipped to the festival I was going to... and they gracefully handled all of it and I received it right on time! The cloak is beautiful. Sizing is accurate; the cut and colors are spot on; and it's a wonderful weight - not too heavy, but still nice and warm--but not sweltering hot, either! I'm going to recommended this company and their clothing to everyone I meet - and I meet a lot of people, because they can't help but ask about this amazing cloak!

I ordered my cloak for a festival 2 months before I left for it. While I got my product before I left, it did take a little longer than expected for me to receive it. But i had reached out to them and they were quick to reply.
When I received my Cloak it surpassed my expectations! It is great in every way!

I have never experienced such wonderful Customer Service. Caring while ordering. Checking in while I wait. Immediate response with answers. And follow up once I received my order. The items are unique, comfortable and fun! They make me want more.

Great quality and the print is just amazing! Theres not many custom designs that shine like these! Money well spent
