Excellent quality, and comfortable producti have no complaints! It takes a minute for your order to make it to you but that's only because it's handcrafted to order!

Although it took time to make. My cloak is by far the warmest and most gorgeous cloak I have ever had(renn fair circuit 30 years). Its well worth the wait. If you buy expect to wait, then be blown away when it arrives.

I absolutely love this company. I ordered the wrong size jacket and they helped me get the right one without any issues. Yeah it does take a while to get your stuff but the outcome has ALWAYS been worth it.

Awesome clothing! Even though it took a little over a month, the ultra cloak is awesome!

My husband ordered me a dress and two pairs of leggings. The designs are great. I had one pair of leggings for less then a month, worn 4 times and a hole started in the butt of the leggings. I emailed Lunafide and asked for a new pair. I was told because I did not contact them within 5 days they would not do anything about this pair of leggings other then give me %25 off my next order. That is a terrible response especially when waiting for a month to receive your items. These leggings should last longer then 4 wears. Very light wearing as well, walking in these leggings, not even working out in them. Its unfortunate and I would never order from Lunafide again. These items are not quality material, but the designs are great.

My rating (5) is based on the totality of my experience. I am pleased with the product and prompt customer service when needed. In my opinion if you are looking for unique, impeccable workmanship, and value, then you should consider products from Lunafide. Excellent purchase for yourself or to gift or both. Either way, you will not be disappointed.

The product quality is impecable. This is my 3rd time ordering and took a while but the wait was worth it. The support team stayed in contact to let me know the status of my order. Looking forward to ordering again.

I ordered a large cloak and actually needed a small. I did have to pay the shipping to return the large cloak but that was disclosed. Belle was excellent at keeping in contact with me during the process and making sure my order was replaced for the correct size. The material and quality is great!!! Grea customer service!!!

Just got my cloak and jacket. Again, two more exquisite items. My granddaughter commented on the Norse designs on the cloak and frequently I get comments when I'm out and about. Great job. Thanks again.

Although it took awhile for me to receive the items, it was well worth the wait. I purchased two hooded blankets for my children and they will not take them off since they got them. I'm very impressed with the material as well as the customer service. 10/10

Although it took a little longer than expected, the Rune Hooded Sherpa blanket was just perfect. My SIL fell in love with it. Communication was very good. I am sure I'll be ordering again and will allow for the necessary preparation time. (arrived 01/22/24)
