We sold a property through Luna Law and it took a while mainly due to the buyers solicitor but Luna Law and Bradley in particular didn’t falter, they chased and communicated, chased again and a simple sale agreed in August ( no chain) finally completed early in December. Thank you all and Bradley you are a star. ⭐

As a purchaser of a property, who was not a direct customer (my sellers used Luna Law), I can wholeheartedly urge you to look elsewhere.
It became very apparent (after starting to discuss dates for exchange and pressuring my buyer to take a view on certain enquiries) that Luna Law had done next to nothing on my seller's onward linked purchase file until told that everything else was ready.

We were on the verge of exchange and had agreed dates below them in the chain (my purchase was agreed before my sale so they had plenty of time), then it seems Luna Law decided to actually look at the file on my seller's onward purchase and they then raised 100 enquiries!
We could have moved 2 months ago had it not been for this incompetence!!
Maybe it was just a bad caseworker as opposed to the whole firm - but I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
I've heard from parties involved in the transaction that my sellers weren't happy with their solicitors (Luna Law) either. Given that they hadn't bought or sold a property in some time, they probably went to a local firm expecting to be guided effectively through the process - instead they were met with a conveyancing firm who did next to nothing until the very end, delaying the chain for 2 months in the process..

We used Dana at Luna Law for our recent sale and purchase and she was nothing short of BRILLIANT!!
Our journey had its share of ups and downs but they were handled very professionally by Dana. I might add if you ring Luna Law Dana actually answers the phone…. Can you believe that!!!
