The team at lunchbox packs is very prompt and give exceptional customer service. Any issues I've had have always been resolved in a reasonable amount of time and with a great outcome.

I had an issue with checking out. I tried getting the hyper fan but when I went to my cart, a message popped up saying that I had something in my cart that was undeliverable for my location. I was able to speak with customer support who got back to me in a timely manner and they were able to help me with my situation. I was able to get all the items in my cart while the sale was active. My items are being shipped as I type this. I’m super excited.

I had a fantastic customer service experience with Jose. After I changed my mind about which product I wanted, he made the return process easy and sent me the item I really wanted. Unfortunately, my Mini Pack got lost in the mail, but he quickly arranged for a replacement. Although I haven't had the chance to use my Mini Pack at an event yet, it seems to be of great quality.

best packs in the festival game, no cap. anti-theft, easy to stay hydrated, looks good...best investment I have made in a festival accessory.
