My husband and I just purchased an apartment from Lupain Estate agents Victor looked after us the whole process was seamless, the staff were very professional and friendly,all our questions were answered big or small, I would definitely recommend Lupain Estate agents.

My wife Joanne and I have just sold our property in villaflor with Lupain estate agents. From the very beginning dealing with Ann it was like dealing with an old friend yet one who was the absolute professional.
As a buyer was found we then were introduced to Nicole and Fabrizio. These people are an absolute credit to any employer! They came to the Notary with us translated for us and made the whole process absolutely stress free!
To summarise if you are selling a property in Tenerife and you want to deal with great people who are friendly, knowledgeable,professional and who treat you like old friends please use Lupain property. Out of ten I would honestly give them twenty!

Victor Lupain and his colleagues have seen through the sale of my house in Chayofa and deal with all the many complications caused by one of the joint owners earlier death. This has meant having power of attorney and dealing with the purchasers, solicitors in more than one country, the courts, various government agencies and liaising with the bank. This has taken a couple of years but has been brought to a successful conclusion, by Victor who has kept personally in touch.

Bought in Costa Adeje, Daniel Surtees was brilliant , always in contact with us through the process with help to open bank accounts, transferring money, obtaining NIE numbers and much much more. Daniel was also on hand to resolve an issue with hot water after the purchase ensuring the seller resolved this issue immediately.
Daniel has a list of reliable contacts for any work and supplies you may need for your new home.
When we buy again, we would definitely use Daniel .

Mon épouse et moi-même cherchions un appartement à Ténérife et avons été accompagnés efficacement par Milena (dans un français impeccable) tout en étant à distance en Belgique. Elle nous a proposé un choix très large d’appartements, elle a fait la visite sur place en montrant sur vidéo en direct via whatsapp, sans cacher les petits défauts. Dès que notre choix était fait, elle a négocié le prix, nous a accompagné dans toutes les démarches et les vérifications d’usage. Milena est exceptionnelle : elle a répondu à toutes nos questions en quasi temps réel, nous a donné des conseils de manière proactive, a pris les contacts nécessaires avec le propriétaire et son agent (ce n’était pas un appartement vendu directement par Lupain). Ses collègues (Farida, Nicole et Marco) ont aussi collaboré efficacement notamment lors de l’acte notarié et des démarche à la banque. Le tout dans la bonne humeur. Je recommande Lupain les yeux fermés et Milena en particulier. Vous nous avez offert du bonheur – bravo ! et merci à vous.

Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre expérience avec cette agence immobilière, et tout particulièrement avec Milena, qui a été remarquable du début à la fin.

Dès notre premier échange, elle a su parfaitement analyser notre demande et cerner nos attentes. Elle nous a proposé un grand nombre d'appartements, tous pertinents, et nous a accompagnés avec professionnalisme à chaque visite. Milena a toujours pris soin de vérifier les critères de qualité essentiels, notamment ceux nécessaires à l’obtention d’une licence de location VV, ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés.

We are happy with the service supplied by Lupain estatate agents selling our property, We were able to leave all the details involved in selling a property to Victor, Bernado & the team, while we were in the UK. We only returned to Tererife for the fial sign over, how ever I'm assured that the sign over could have been organised in the UK if necessary
