Ordered a shimano rod which arrived on time but in a bit of a bad state due to the shipping company, no fault of lureshop. Enquired with marek and everything has been sorted quickly so can't fault the after sales customer service

Will be purchasing again from here 🙌

Everything went smoothly, fast delivery.

Good shipping time by all means, but sent the wrong product, returning the wrongly shipped product was a long and annoying process.

Great shop and quick delivery i ordered on the 8th and was here the 10th to the Republic of Ireland that's what you call great business thanks alot will buy again 100%

I bought a Savage Gear lure rod off this retailer last October. I only just started using this rod and on the third use it snapped while casting a lure. I don't blame the retailer for what is clearly a manufacturing fault but they made no attempt on my behalf to liaise with savage gear to replace the tip. Their position was too bad I must have damaged the rod somehow myself during storage or delivery. I didn't. They did offer to order one at my cost and when you include their overpriced delivery charge of €15 it wasn't worth it. Very poor customer service.

Its the first time i ordered by this shop and it was about one and a half week before christmas. On top of that these crazy times and still, whitin a week time from the moment i ordered till it was here in the Netherlands.......? DUDE!!! Ok it was sent with dhl express but still, too bad i cant give more stars cause they really deserve it. Till next order!!!

If you use direct links to products and give them to someone for a birthday list you would expect to get exactly what is linked to.

If there is no more stock lureshop manipulates the link and sends you to another product without any consent or warning!

With the result that people order a useless present for you

This happened to me and I can tell you that I am not amused, 2/3 of my presents is useless now
Besides that what they do is illegal, you can't change stuff without notice or consent.

Sent them a mail with the option to either resent the correct products or to refund them.

If corrected I will change my review.

Shipping time usually below a week by traditional post, but in current COVID crises even local shipments have started to delay. However by DHL comes with few days just for EUR 14.99!

Be ready to pay about £15 for shipping if you don't want to wait 3 or 4 weeks for your delivery. Acceptable to me a few year ago when there were no uk companies with good lure ranges. But now there are lure companies in uk with good ranges and the lures I want, So Lureshop can no longer compete on delivery speed or shipping cost, so I am unlikely to be ordering there again.

I could buy Rapala lures what I cannot find in other shops, the delivery was fast. Perfect service.
