I purchased an atlantis ho tub which was delivered in March 2023. I couldn't fault the excellent service from ordering to delivery.
Unfortunately it's not quite the same service when something goes wrong. Towards the end of last year (Dec 2024) the cover started splitting, ie the stitching on the fold was starting to come apart. This shouldn't be happening so soon. I've had hot tubs before and the covers have lasted well over 5yrs, especially when the hot tub is under a protective roof so sheltered from the elements.
After emailing Jay with photos and details I was told that they would order a replacement cover for me. I was also told it could be March for delivery. I emailed again in April to be told that the container was delayed, I emailed again in June to be told that the container was due that week. Since then I've not heard anything. I've sent various emails asking for an update but no reply.
I am now at my witts end as the cover to my hot tub is falling apart.
Help!!!

Contacted Luso Spa on Tuesday with regards to a hot tub lid. This was ordered on Tuesday and delivered today Thursday. Excellent service and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Placed an order for 5 person hot tub.
Kept up to date with messages from jay.
Delivered to ireland well within the timeframe given and manouvered into a tight garage by the 2 delivery lads.
Couldnt fault the service 1 bit.
Now had a full week of using it and im delighted (would strongly advise the 32 amp one that i have) very powerful jets.
Took about €7 to fully heat it from cold and using €3 per day to keep at a constant 37degree temp and that includes the kids using it for an hour then another 2 hrs use in the evening.

I purchased my hot tub second hand and Luso relocated it for me, very friendly and did a great job.

I bought my hot tub from Luso Spas around 4 years ago and have never had an issues at all. My kids had some home locked the control panel and the manual didn’t seem to provide the correct instructions for my model. So I emailed their support team. Within 10 mins I got a response and it was fixed instantly. Absolutely great service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding product and service. Exceeded all expectations from start to finish! The Aquarius plug and play hot tub is stunning, exceptional value, we still can’t believe within the price, the delivery team set it all up ready to go, truly a 5 star experience.

Great company!
Bought an ex display spa from them. Communication was excellent, always responding to emails within 24hours. They answered phone calls every time.
Delivery was fast and I got updates on the day to give me an accurate time so that I wasn’t waiting around. The two guys who delivered and installed the spa were very professional, polite and although access was awkward, via a very long narrow alleyway they got straight on with it without any pessimism. Once in place they connected everything up and explained everything thoroughly, even assembling the new set of steps whilst it was filling up.
The spa itself (x300) is great quality and surprisingly energy efficient! I had a slightly larger spa at my last house and it costed a fortune to run, but not the x300. It is triple insulated. Spayed foam on the shell itself, cabinet walls have 25mm pir board glued to them and foil bubble wrap all around as well. It costs much less to run during winter than my little lay z spa Miami did in the spring/summer/autumn!
Overall really happy and impressed with the product and the service.

Slight disappointment after bidding for a ex demonstration Spa but Jay resolved everything with alternative Luso R300.

The price was very attractive and the delivery to my garden within 3 days was carried out by two professionals taking extreme care transiting the spa through my front door to rear garden.

On time, efficient, really helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use for all my service and parts needs. Lovely delivery service and nothing too much trouble.

Hi there I don't usually leave reviews but I've got to say what a fantastic experience I've had over the last weeks I've only ordered some ball x5 values in separate orders for the koi pond and these are brilliant the service is the best I've ever had ( im not in no way working for these) I'm happy to leave good feedback where credit is due thanks again paul =-]

From purchase to install service has been first class. Dealt with Jay at the showroom who gave me all the information I needed (I had a lot of questions). After choosing my spa payment options and communication were great.
Now for the delivery and installers Kyle and Tom, what a great pair of lads, turned up first thing, got straight to work and took any slight issues with my prep in their stride with no drama. Hand over was informative and left me their number for any teething problems & questions I may have. I think keeping them in brews and a bacon butty helped lol. Great service and people. The wife hasn’t seen me all weekend as I’ve been chilling at the bottom of the garden 😎

Fabulous service and communication. Used Luso Spas to dispose of my spa. From my experience I would definitely recommend them, great job.

We have had our spa for a number of years and have used Luso to carry out the maintenance , and their aftercare service is excellent and the service staff that do the work are always very helpful and courteous.

We took delivery of our hot tub yesterday, very happy, prompt delivery and lovely guys to deal with,would definitely recommend,

Had my hot tub for 3 years now from Luso spas. Really pleased with it, use it most days for hydrotherapy and relaxation. I would recommend!!
