I have only given this one star as this is the lowest option, I have been total scammed paid £41 for Korean face products in November and never received these. When I try and visit webpage no longer exists and when I have emailed the company they do not respond. This is disgraceful and the fact that they are associated as being trust pilot worthy is shocking!

Ordered £40 of products (#2573) and got an email to say that due to high demand, the delivery would be delayed. I then got an email to say it had been delivered and left in my safe place. I never found the parcel and despite contacting the company to get a photo confirmation of the delivery, I haven't had a reply.

I'm really disappointed in this company and would warn anyone against using them.

SCAMMERS don't use. They will take your money and not send the goods or answer E Mails.

Scammers, just take your money and don't deliver goods

Ordered from them and i have never received my order and it says it was delivered to Wiltshire and i live in Kent. I have contacted them via email numerous times with no response. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards as they take your money and do not refund you or answer your emails when you have not recieved what you ordered.

I ordered from here and have received nothing ive tried and tried to get in touch with no avail

Just to add to this zLuviant have been in touch and I’ll be getting a full refund back , I really wanted the products , but at least they came through with the refund

Do not buy from this site. Goods do not arrive. Tracking says delivered in Northern Ireland and I am in the process UK. Emails sent to advise and no reply.

Multiple emails sent with no response.

Edit- received an email response after 3 weeks saying simply ‘refunded edit the comment in Trustpilot’

Avoid m, do not buy you never get the goods provide a tracking number which I think is false. FACEBOOK NEED TO TAKE THEN DOWN

UPDATE: After having no response and no goods they have eventually emailed me! A full refund has been given but still no goods.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! They take your money and you get nothing for it. Learnt my lesson. Tracking false and they have only responded once to my many emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Would give no stars avoid they only send a tracking number after they say delivered when in fact nothing is delivered they are a scam I ve reported to facebook as I believe facebook should not allow these scammers to advertise I promise you ll not receive goods so do not make same mistake as me

Never recieved my order.

Unable to access the tracking until AFTER the tracking stated it had been delivered 1 week prior.
