Scammy company and cheap material. Device did arrive but it was already broken and materials used are cheap. Cost no more than £1 to make. Sold for +£100

I'm pretty sure of my choice to cancel the order and I just got an email confirming I will get s refund with the very polite support

First the headphones I received appear to be used and defective. When trying to return the item I was told to make a video if the product. I responded no thank you and to send return instructions. What I received was an offer of a refund of 10% and keep the defective item. Or, I could return the item to Hong Kong at my expense and I would receive a small portion of my purchase price. This company should be unable to steal from unsuspecting people.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! as I seem to always do I read the reviews after my purchase, how this company hasn’t been shut down Im not sure, do not buy anything from them, if you do you wont get all your money back. Dont buy anything

Bought a dehumidifier from this lot.
Worked twice.
Tried to get a refund. Absolute joke.
They wanted a video of it not working which I sent but surprise surprise they couldn't open it.
Wish I had checked Trustpilot first

I purchased Luvant S10 Bone Conduction Headphones to replace my very old and worn out AfterShokz. The Luvant S10's are very cheaply made. Very big and bulky. Not a touch on the quality of AfterShokz. AfterShokz are far superior in every way, including customer service. Luvant customer service is appalling. I haven't used the Luvant S10 and asked to return them immediately dues to poor build quality and bulky size. Keep this in mind.... Lavant are very reluctant to accept returns. You will have to pay the return shipping ( approximately £35 as the return address is Chinese) and a 15% handling charge. Absolute con! Do not buy these under any circumstances. Junk product, junk customer service!

Absolutely appalling experience with Luvant – I would strongly advise anyone to avoid.

From start to finish, this has been nothing short of a joke. The website looks polished and gives the impression of a credible UK-based company, but in reality the goods are clearly made and shipped from China. That in itself wouldn’t necessarily be an issue—if the quality matched what’s advertised. It absolutely does not.

The product is completely misrepresented online. What arrived is nowhere near the standard shown. The headphones feel incredibly cheap, made of flimsy plastic that wouldn’t inspire confidence even at a fraction of the price. The cables are just as bad—thin, poorly made, and clearly not built to last.

The packaging was equally disappointing. It arrived damaged and low quality, looking like it had been handled poorly throughout transit—which, given the delivery took weeks, is hardly surprising. Waiting that long for something this substandard is frankly unacceptable.

Customer service is completely non-existent. No proper responses, no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue. Once they’ve taken your money, that seems to be the end of their involvement.

At this point, I genuinely feel this is bordering on a scam. I will now be raising a dispute with my bank as I have more chance of getting my money back that way.

More fool me for not checking Trustpilot beforehand—lesson learned.

I bought Luvant headset, and the quality of the sound is not great at all, very very low, and not clear, I bought it for my running training, and I can’t barely hear it, I totally regret buying it.

Absolutely useless company selling cheap, barely functional electronics. The fun thing is they will ALWAYS reply to your email so if you have a few minutes to spare you can waste their time by emailing them. Total garbage, NEVER buy their products.

Not even worth one star! Absolutely awful company selling cheap earphones that do not work! Trying to get a refund is nigh on impossible! Please please never ever buy anything from this company. They are terrible!

Vill varna alla från att handla från detta oseriösa företag. Totalt omöjligt att returnera deras fejk produkter om man inte är beredd att betala mer än vad produkten kostat. Hoppas inga fler blir lurade utan kollar recentiorer här!

Il n'y a malheureusement pas la possibilité de supprimer la dernière étoile.
Commande d'un casque réalisée il y a plus d'1 mois avec paiement d'une livraison express.
Malgré mes nombreux mails et requêtes auprès de LUVANT et du transporteur (CAINIAO), le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé. Sur le suivi du colis il est indiqué que le transporteur s'est présenté à de nombreuses reprises mais que "le magasin est fermé". Les livreurs travaillent de nuit? Le colis existe t-il vraiment? A mon sens il s'agit d'une arnaque. A fuir!

J'ai effectué un achat le 24 janvier. Colis volé, le produit a été déposé sur le rebord de la fenêtre à la vue de tous. Le transporteur me renvoie vers Luvant pour un remboursement et Luvant est incapable de me trouver une solution ou de me répondre clairement depuis. A fuir.

Une belle arnaque !
Ils te font croire à un casque de qualité, en fait c'est juste un casque chinois vendu à 20€ sur aliexpress / Même 10€ sur Temu.
9,99€ de livraison express pour une réception 12 jours après.

Publicité mensongère ! De plus leur politique de retours est à vos frais et il garde 20% du prix.
J'ai fais une réclamation à ma banque. Je ne sais pas si cela va donner suite.

Horrible horrible company, cheap made headphones. Claims that they are European but are from Korea. No good refunds available. 10 percent of the refund which is nothing.

DON’T DO IT❗An absolute scam company. Engages in fraudulent, deceptive marketing and trade practices.
I cancelled the order for the Luvant NC Speakers within 2 hours. Customer Service replied that they tried to intercept the order but failed to do so. This company claims to be based in the UK but they partner globally with a company based in Hong Kong.
I immediately opened a credit card dispute with my bank to reverse the charges.
DON’T BUY FROM LUVANT.❗️They are predatory and will exploit your funds even when you notify them well in advance that you don’t want their trash.
Do your due diligence. Carefully review and research any company before doing business with them, especially if it is an online business.

Make out to be british company too but are clearly not.

Purchased a dehumidifier on line which has no information for customer service support. Product was not correctly advertised on the site, misrepresented the product at a high price. As well the unit is extremely small. There is no Luvant dehumidifier brand. This is a scam for $339.
