So far it is terrible! Had to put 2 stars because the PRODUCT has yet to show up! They are "out of stock", but i can go on the website and buy them without being told the truth. Now it seems a person must be home for delivery. You cannot call a human. I would not bother. It is not a good gift if it does not show up!!!

I bought two voice message sending lamps. One for my niece and one for me. I bought it in August of 2024. I couldn't deliver hers and set them up until spring of 2025. By end of summer I was experiencing frequent issues of not receiving messages on the app or on the lamp. I reaches out in December. They sent me troubleshooting instructions for sending colours, not issues with voice messages which I indicated was the issue in my original email. Frustrated and busy with life/work, I responded last night to reiterate my original email and confirm I've tried changing the usb chord. They offered to send me a new lamp until they found out I bought it 1.5 years ago. They offered me a discount. Better than nothing but at the end of the day the product is crap as it didn't even work properly for a full 6 months. Now I'm stuck having to buy another one because I don't want to disappoint my niece. Don't make my mistake and buy/gift this product.

Love it! This little lam is seriously so cool! You can work it from lamp to lamp by tapping the top OR there is an app too where you can customize the colors!

I recently used it while I was at the hospital having our 4th baby so my other kiddos at home could “tap in” to say hi while I was away! My two year old used it the most 😂 tapping away at it to make mine light up🤍

Got this product for Christmas and it would not connect. Due to the broken device we notified the company and they refused to replace or refund the product. No phone number to call and they insist on emailing. You email them and you don’t get a response for weeks drawing out the process. Horrible company stay away.

I bought the LuvLink lamp hoping it would help me feel closer to my parents, and it has honestly meant more to me than I expected.

I live in Wisconsin and my elderly parents are in NYC, so we don’t get to see each other often. Between work and taking care of three kids, it’s hard to call as much as I want. This lamp gives us a quiet, simple way to say “I’m thinking of you” without needing words.

Every night before bed, I tap the lamp and imagine them seeing it light up. It makes me feel connected to them even from far away. Such a small thing, but it brings so much comfort and love.

It’s one of the most meaningful purchases I’ve ever made.

Plus set up (if you’re technologically literate) is pretty easy!

A friend got this for me and my wife set up is a freaking joke we've been working on it for 3 hours and it will not connect to anything Bluetooth or Wi-Fi once we get Bluetooth connected if we get it connected at all, and then it will not connect to the group at all. No matter how many times we try or what group we try. While this may be a great idea for some people initially this thing seems to be total garbage

I love these! I bought one for me and one for my daughter. It’s such a cute way to say hello without using my cellphone.
She comes home from work or school and her lamp is glowing. She said it makes
Her smile/ and I love waking up to it when she says hello to me!

I purchased 4 devices for my sisters. We spent over 2 hrs trying to get the devices to work- we were all together. I reached out for help and no reply or help until i mentioned a return. The return was a nightmare with required photos and specific rules which I followed. Acknowledged they received return and then i never got credit. I was then told there were scratches on the devices and they were charging me 10 dollars for each. There were NO scratches. I reached out to dispute the scratches and told too bad

This product is fantastic. I absolutely love being able to send visual messages to my grandmother.

I am giving this five stars because she and I ran into some technical difficulties about a year after buying and setting up the lamp.

I am pretty tech savvy and tried to help her through the process but we kept running into some issues. I decided to contact their customer service. They responded promptly and were eventually able to take care of the issue remotely. Even when we continued to make the issue worse through our own mistakes they kindly politely and patiently offered the help we needed. We are now enjoying our lamps again.

I truly love everything about this concept and product.

Love the theory, but if you don’t have a USB outlet/computer, etc., you can’t charge it. Not happy. Got it for my mom and me for Mother’s Day.

I love this light. The whole concept is great but for grandparents who aren’t living close it is especially sweet. I had a problem with mine and LuvLink quickly responded and made it right. It was a gift from my husband. I consider it one of the best gifts I have been given. Highly recommend this product!

Badly produced plastic lamp that looks like it costs about $2 to produce in China. Haven't been able to connect with my friends lamp. Had to pay 2 lots of postage for separate addresses, then get one resent at my own cost when there was issues with the delivery. Overall about $200 down the drain. Good online reviews obviously paid fakes. Do not buy this product!!!!!
