Zilch, horrible Customer Service. My Frameo contol panel suddenly appeared in a foreign language..unrecognized one! Can’t even turn it off! Tried 3x contacting them via email and recently a chat that was a waste…after canned replies they said r pert will help for $5 fee. SMH.

Frame now useless because of Frameo update
We were gifted a digital photo frame which uses Frameo software. It was fine at first, few small glitches here and there but nothing major. Then they introduced an update which rendered the frame unusable. They introduced a calendar which for some reason (they have said an issue with the touchscreen registering touches falsely) keeps popping up across the whole screen, covering the photos and not letting the slideshow continue unless you manually close it. It wasn't an issue before they introduced the update, but because they say they're not responsible for the frame hardware itself, they can't do anything to fix it. I now can't use the frame but have no means of going back to the seller because it was a gift. Wouldn't recommend buying a frame with Frameo software in future

Wij hadden voor oma namens alle kleinkinderen voor de Pasen de PFF-1063BMK2 besteld bij Bol. De levertijd werd steeds langer. Oef dat redden wij niet ondanks dat de lijst er binnen 3 dagen zou zijn.
Dan maar rechtstreeks bij Frameo. Binnen 1 dag binnen. Echt een super lijst en heel eenvoudig te installeren en een scherp beeld. Leuk om te zien dat de hele familie foto s kan sturen incl tekst. Ik was zo stom om het pootje aan de achterzijde er verkeerd af te halen. Deze brak… ik belde Frameo en de meneer van Frameo heeft het met spoed voor mij opgelost. Super lief! Morgen gaan wij oma blij maken ! Wat een service !
I managed to download 1716 photos ten…
I managed to download 1716 photos ten at a time onto my frameo picture frame and have used 5.94 G.B on a 64 GB frame but for some reason it's now not letting me send anymore photos to the frame and I've tried lots of things to try and remedy the problem not nothing works and I'm becoming frustrated. It's claimed on your page that I should be able to download up to 60,000 photos on the frame with 64G.B. I can't ring you so what do I do? I've only had the frame just over a week.

Given the frame as a Christmas gift.
It connected to the internet once. It will now not connect. Tried everything suggested.
Customer services just ask me to return it where purchased. I cannot as it was a gift.

Sucks. Spent ages selecting photos and wouldn’t upload. Info unhelpful and sooooo clunky to use. Absolutely useless app.
Waste of time
Waste of time. The wifi on the frame is questionable. When you do finally get a connection expect it to drop out randomly so your photos don’t upload. The app sucks. Any editing you do in app does not transfer to frame. Cropped down a photo for full frame? Expect to see the unedited version when it transfers over. Wasted hours editing, “uploading”, only to find editing is pointless and uploading rarely works. Very disappointed.

I have contacted support many times in the 5+ years since purchasing 2x frames for grandparents, but never had any resolution or responses. I am starting to realise the frame touchscreens themselves are cheap and never have responded properly ‘out of the box’ and will avoid this brand in future.
Take down the Pop-up!!!
I am usually a huge fan of frameo. My boyfriend and I are digital nomads and we have those frames to our closest family members. Like that they we take them with us.
I don’t know what happened but you guys started a pop up which is just unbelievably annoying. I do not want to follow frameo on TikTok and instagram and I won’t. The pop up keeps coming up which makes me rather not use the app then follow you guys. Really too much.
Also, when I cancel it multiple times, I want this pop-up to not come back over and over again. It’s really NOT OK.
I am really pissed! What is that?! I work in marketing myself but yeah, stimulate but don’t exaggerate like this! If your product or service becomes unusable, it is not worth it, is it? At least it should not be worth it…

Terrible device .Started very clunky , then stopped working altogether.
it is still under guarantee so contacted customer services to report fault. After numerous emails and photos showing fault , customer services keep asking for more details. They have dop, serial no, photos and video of fault . Everything as requested but thet still will not aknowledge there is a fault. i think they keep delaying in the hope i get fed up and give up.

Frameo Sucks
Frameo Sucks. My mom's Frameo suddenly stopped seeing any Wifi connections. We tried a hotspot, home WiFi, etc. It would not connect. I tried connecting it directly to a laptop and to the Wifi. I finally got it to see Wifi after doing a factory reset by playing around with the frame. Then it would simply stay on a red screen that said "Waiting for license key" and would not update further from there. I went online to look for troubleshooting support. If you go to the Frameo site, they purport to have troubleshooting support, but everything leads to "we can't help you...take it back to where you bought it...go buy a new one..." Again, Frameo sucks. You pay a lot for an electronic frame and it is simply "buy as is" even when brand new. Buyer be ware. Frameo is faulty and provides no real assistance to resolve the issues. Frameo sucks.
PC download not possible.
Just thought I'd share this very courteous reply from Frameo about the ability, or lack of to connect with a PC. Any of you out there who want to download direct to the memory in the frame is bang out of luck. This is not possible despite the sales blurb saying otherwise.

Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, not all frames support transfer from USB, it varies from one frame to another. In your case, it appears that your frame model does not support transfer via USB. However, your frame should support importing photos using an SD Card.
So, what options do you have now?
1) One of the options to import photos to your frame is to download the photos from your PC to your phone and then send the photos using the Frameo app on your phone.
2) Another option is to copy the photos to an SD Card and then transfer the photos to the frame using the SD Card.

3) If you do not want to use any of these options, or if they are simply not possible for you to use, you are of course free to return the frame. Even though we would love to help you out returning the frame, we're unfortunately unable to since we at Frameo only make the software on the frame - we don't make nor sell frames or their hardware.
This means that Frameo is sadly not involved in repairs or replacements - instead, you must reach out to Bozz, as they are fully responsible for the warranty. They will be able to provide you with the necessary steps to proceed from here.
Again, I am really sorry for the inconvenience, and I really hope this information is helpful.

My son bought us Frameco. I loved it in the beginning, but after only 6 months it stopped working.
Very disappointed.
After about two months the frame…
After about two months the frame constantly needed rebooting. Did not turn on and off as scheduled. When searching for help it says basically “software not our issue. We outsourced it”. Had to buy a new frame. I do not recommend this product.
