Placed an order that was cancelled 8 days later due to a confirmation process that wasn't explained on the website or order email confirmation.
But will give 5 stars for the specific customer service in responding to the issue. Although it took extra time and steps, the problem is being resolved. Will update again when all goes through with placing my order again.
Update: Order was placed, shipped & received promptly without further issue

Luvoqa wont stand behind the products they sell.They sold me toys that would not take a charge. $140 worth of junk that did not last for two uses.

Amazing customer service and A-mazing product. Ope! Silly me had no idea what I was in for when I bought... well what I bought. Free shipping was a serious plus for my husband and myself as well. We'll be ordering from Luvoqa again.

Good service, bad communication
