Very easy to book quickly and


Very easy to book quickly and efficiently all done confirmation also excellent really looking forward to experiencing the holiday only comment we dident have a choice of accommodation would loved to have viewed our living quarters firstly fingers crossed it will be very good.

I cancelled my booking and received an


I cancelled my booking and received an invoice saying I owed a certain amount.
No where on the website is there any warning that fees are payable on initial request.
I was under the impression that I had made a booking request, not a booking, as I didn’t give any bank or payment details.
I had to email twice to get an acknowledgement that it was cancelled.
Very bad customer service

In this confirmation you could find the details for doing the payment. In case of a cancellation normal, contracted cancellation fees will apply. Booked a 2 bed by mistake. Needed to upgrade to larger caravan. Staff were very helpful.

Easy site to navigate

Easy site to navigate, all relevant info on camp, location, accommodation, booking etc within easy access, extras pricing very visible and identifiable, very excited about coming from Ireland to stay with you

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Phone not answered when office open. Have spoke with them twice about my booking, the first time they didn't bother calling back. Second time, they didn't understand what I asked for and got back to me with a useless reply. All I want is to keep my booking the same but arrive a day later...its that bloody simple. I am willing to pay for the whole time booked, just arrive 24 hours later. Is that to difficult to understand. I have no confidence in LuxCamp at all. Ian Butler-Sink

Very poor customer service from Lux

Very poor customer service from Lux. Chalets were old and not clean. Pool was filthy. Staff very rude. Good in the bar was extremely poor.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had a deposit paid pre covid, no issues transferring payment.
Team are very helpful and when I for the date wrong for an instalment, the reminded me.
So looking forward to our really priced holiday. Will defo book again with Lux Camp. Thanks guys
