Excellent professional company to deal with so far

I found it quite simple to use the website, my only thought is I was not able to update my booking myself with towels etc. I had to send an email and wait for a response which was received within a few days

Excellent customer service. I have mistaken with my booking, and they solved quick and efficiently.

We haven't had our holiday yet, but the staff at lux camp have been very quick and helpful in dealing with our queries. Excellent communication!!

Booking with LuxCamp was quick and easy. I forgot to include the kids on my original booking, so emailed LuxCamp and got a prompt and personal response, correcting my mistake. Very impressed with the service!

Website is easy to navigate with plenty if choice. Easy booking system with a budget to suit everyone. Usually get a response to a query within a day or two. Overall I found the whole process easy to manage.

I usually book directly with hotels, campsites etc but left it a bit late and found my options diminishing. Once we decided on a campsite for this Summer I realised I'd have to use a company. The process was painless and very efficient. I booked late at night and got immediate confirmation. The following day we paid the deposit and received dates and instructions for further installments. So far so good. Based on everything thus far I wouldn't hesitate to use Lux Camp again.

Very Helpful. I have had to cancel my holiday with Lux-Travel owing to last years travel restrictions and they have been very accommodating in re-booking this year. Professional service with prompt turnaround. Looking forward to my 2022 holidays.

I just found the whole process of booking my holiday very easy, from selecting a country and region to travel to, the information was readily available and easy to access to help me make an informed decision. They have great options on the type of accommodation you might want and something for all budgets. Really like their site, just easy to navigate and use.
