Hi, the website and and booking process is excellent and also the way you can pay the deposit etc on line. Response by email is excellent but could never manage to get through on the phone.

I booked in 2019 hoping to go summer 2020,but covid came along. I chose a voucher instead of cash back. 2021 covid
2022 used voucher no problems at all. Cant wait to bring the family to Lake Garda this June fir a week. 😍👨‍👩‍👦😍.

So far dealing with Lux Camp has been so easy. We had to cancel our previous holidays due to covid & there was no issue with getting money back or vouchers etc.

Easy to use website and great to provisionally book the accommodation before flights are bought. The deposit and instalment plan are very helpful.

Documents are all emailed to you in super quick times.

Excellent service from this company. From my holiday being postponed due to covid and then a part refund as my new date was less expensive.
