From order to delivery in 1 week. Item is as described on website. Very pleased.

Well I sent this company a email to ask about a phone cover for them to send a automated email back again stating they aim to reply with in 24 hours of receipt of the email being sent, then I'm still sat here now 3 days later not knowing whether to trust this website or not as they cannot be bothered to reply to a email of enquiry. So sad to say they are a waste of space by the looks of it

Great selection of watch straps, quality without a hefty price tag.

Website easy to navigate, only took 5 days from ordering, to delivery in the NW of the UK via Royal Mail.

Easy to use service and product seems good quality. It was a gift and the recipient is happy with it. Took a bit longer to arrive than expected as it's not shipped from the UK but nothing to long.

My original Samsung phone case was 5 years old and beginning to fall apart. There are many (often cheaper) options online for a phone case for the Samsung A20e but I liked this one for its colour (mid-tan) and wallet style. It lived up to expectations. It's not leather (I knew that) but it is reassuringly sturdy as well as smart and I think it will serve me well.

I haven't received the Moto G53 case yet, but the choice was excellent and the process very easy. Dispatched the same day.

I bought the 'coffee' coloured case for Samsung A34. Great colour, good quality, very robust. Fitted phone well. Arrived in a timely manner.

The watch strap seemed fine, but broke after two weeks of using it. It's lucky I didn't break/lose my smart watch.

Prompt delivery
Nice case for my Samsung unfortunately put 2 bank cards in slots the magnet does not keep it closed may do when worn in wait and see.

Not received. Will be contacting supplier.
Disappointed.

I have had a response from the supplier to reassure me that the item is still in transit and should be with me by the end of the week.
Many thanks for getting back to me so promptly.

The glued back of the case has come loose already after 2 weeks of use.
Not happy

Good fast service

Still waiting for my order . Was told it would be here 3 days ago so in total 16 days so for . And no more response so poor..... verging on lux case being unreliable I hope am wrong will keep you informed.... I have just received my order so only can say if you can wait longer for delivery it looks great so don't be impatient like myself worth while waiting for ...

I have not yet received this case and can’t track where it is as tracking information not in English which does not help.

We chose this because of the sleek design and features. Postage was relatively quick from Sweden and we're very pleased with the quality of the case.
