Definitely recommend this company

1)received Garmin computer bike mount from Lux-case
2)Saturday 29 Nov - used product for the first time and it was faulty. The bike mount arm flops.
3)Sunday 30 Nov - tightened up screw again and tried it once more. This time it just failed and dropped a brand new Garmin bike computer onto the road whilst riding. Scratches all over the back and a good one on the screen
4)Sunday - as soon as I got home sent an email to Lux-case requesting full refund, free return courier label
5)Monday 1 Dec 25 - sent a repeat email for full refund, free return courier label
6) Fredrick - it is now 8 Dec and after multiple email requests with no response or update????

Great case which does exactly what it says on the tin!

On site was told that I’m buying original apple watch strap leather link California poppy. But what came to me is just cheap copy from aliextress value for £2. And it’s even not leather cheap suptitude! Want my money back!

Item as described, very good fit no issues with buttons. Good raised area for camera protection. Bought for Apple 16e. Very pleased, doesn’t feel like it will slip out of hand like my previous one.

False product advertisement….

I ordered a cover for front and rear as the image on the website displayed. To my shock and dismay when both cases arrived they were only for the back of the phone. Went to double check and the image shown is of a front and back cover. Very disappointed and will now have to waste time requesting refunds and returning the falsely advertised item. Will never use or recommend Lux Case

Items were as described and fast international delivery.

I paid to get the items delivered in a few days...no sign of items and nobody seems to know where it is?

Although the case was defective the response and resolution was excellent

Received my new stainless steel strap. Delighted with it. Came with tools so I’ve adjusted it.
Looks amazing. Better than silicone strap I had before. Causing rashes on my skin!
Delivery was prompt. Very pleased and wearing as we speak!

The case is made of nice materials and is a perfect fit for the i- pad 11 (6.1) phone. Unfortunately, if you place anything more than two credit cards inside, it does not close. My wife used her previous case for a few notes of paper money and a Patient Alert Card for some medication she has to take.
I / we consider the case unfit for the purpose we assumed it was designed. Please check the design.

Good quality product and delivery was hassle free

The quality of the item itself is not what I would expect for the cost. I've paid the same price as a genuine Polar strap and what I have received is not that-a-like. Its OK. Shipping and comms was excellent so no complaint there. This is the best I could find so it will have to do. You can trust the store, I think that's the main thing here.

I would never have ordered this item if I had known it was coming from Sweden and would take so long to arrive. Asking me how I rated the item way before I received it was not the the g to do.
