Thank you for your review, we understand your hesitation though I wanted to highlight we are not a scam and have many clients who have worked and continue to work with us.

LUXlife is a bi-monthly digital publication, we publish relevant news stories and articles alongside on our website and offer advertising opportunities in our magazine, as well as host a variety of different award programs. Our award programs gather nominations through our online web forms, as well as our internal research team who put forward individuals, businesses, or groups we feel deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work. We ask individuals to accept their nomination to progress to the next stage to confirm they would like to progress, though we are always happy to answer any questions as well as highlight to the recipient why they have been nominated.

You have mentioned that we scam individuals out of money, though all our awards are free to enter and win which is highlighted typically within our communications. While it is true we offer winners optional paid opportunities to advertise with us, these are completely optional and have no impact on an individual’s chance to win and are only offered after winning. To support all our winners, we also offer a completely free package alongside our paid options, this includes access to the press release for you to utilise, as well as an SEO optimised winners listing you are able to customise to support promoting your win.

We have recently claimed this Trustpilot page and have become aware of the below review and wanted to respond. We are sorry you have had such a negative experience with one of our awardees. We have an internal research team who consider a variety of different public sources evaluating the prior 12 months to award an individual. While we understand a business can have mixed reviews hence utilising multiple sources I have raised this awardee internally for review. I also wanted to highlight that there is no payment to be nominated in any of our awards, all our awards are free to enter and win, we do offer paid marketing packages to support awardees though these are only available after winning and no payment or interest is required prior. Hope you are well, we have recently claimed this Trustpilot page hence our delayed response to your review.

I can see that we were in contact with you in October 2021 as you were nominated in the Global Excellence Awards. Though as per our process we require confirmation of how you would like to proceed after being notified, with no further communication from yourself this didn’t proceed, though we did attempt to reach out multiple times.

As you mentioned we do offer additional paid marketing materials such as trophies, though these are optional and in no way impact your chances of winning. To support all our winners, we also offer all our winners a free complimentary package which includes an online winner listing and access to the press release.
