Our optional marketing packages are intended for nominees or winners who wish to further promote their recognition, and we aim to ensure all communications regarding these services are clear throughout the process. We do not intentionally proceed with any paid service without confirmation from the client involved.

We also operate a 48-hour cancellation policy, which is outlined within both our Terms & Conditions and booking confirmation communications. Where cancellation requests are received outside of this period, charges may still apply for work and production already completed on the client’s behalf.

Our awards programmes are based on a combination of internal research and industry insight, and nominations can come from a variety of sources, including online voting forms, third-party recommendations, and internal reviews. We acknowledge that inaccuracies can occasionally occur, and this should have been identified during our review process, and we apologise for this not being correctly actioned.

If you would like to be removed from any further communications, please contact us at customer-services@aiglobalmedialtd.com and include the email address you were contacted on, and we will ensure this is actioned promptly.

We would also like to clarify that there is no obligation for nominees or winners to purchase any of the packages offered. These are entirely optional and are provided for those who wish to further promote their recognition. All winners receive a complimentary marketing package as part of the award, and many utilise this without opting for any paid options.

We absolutely encourage businesses to carry out their own due diligence, and to support this we provide further information about our award processes, previous winners and client experiences, including testimonials, on our website.

We value your feedback and will use it to improve both our communication and nomination processes going forward.

Thank you for your review, my apologies for the delayed response to you we have recently claimed this Trustpilot page and reach out after reading your review.

We sorry for the inconvenience and confusion this has caused, I have asked for further information from you regarding this review for us to investigate further.

We do have an internal research team who research all nominees after they have opted into being considered for the award program, our process incudes visiting the nominee’s website and companies house which would have flagged the business is not trading. Though for initial selection for the award this may not have flagged this due to the variety of sources we acquire our nominees from as well as offer third party voting. With supporting information, I will be more than happy to investigate this further for you.

Our awards look to support UK SMEs and provide recognition to those who have excelled in their field and provide advertising opportunities to them. All our awards are free to enter and win, every winner receives a complementary package which includes an SEO optimised winners listing on our website which is customizable, access to the winners press release. While we do offer additional paid opportunities, though these are offered after an individual or business has won and do not impact your chance of winning and are completely optional and are not required to market your award.

Additionally, we operate safely within legislation boundaries and do not send any kind of unsolicited emails to individuals, we include unsubscribe options within all our emails and utilise an opt in process for all our nominees.
