I’ve used Luxaflex Gold Coast twice now, most recently for my home renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and products. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless.

I chose the S-Wave Chloe sheer curtains with seperate blockout for the master bedroom, and the S-Wave in linen with seperate blockout for the other bedrooms, and they are absolutely stunning—elegant, modern, and perfect for softening the space while still letting in natural light. The plantation shutters in the bathrooms are equally impressive, adding a timeless and sophisticated touch to my home.

The quality of their products is exceptional, and the installation was handled with care and precision. If you’re looking for high-end window furnishings with outstanding service, I highly recommend Luxaflex Gold Coast!

Then Kade installing, doing an outstanding job.
Then I would like to mention the ever smiling and happy Sophie, always ready to give you helpful advice.
I am extremely happy with the Luxaflex awnings that Kade installed.
Also the Wave curtain system and the Duette Architella.
Nothing is any trouble to Steen and Kade..

From the very first contact to the installation of the Plantation Shutters all went smooth. All staff are super, friendly and efficient. I love the shutters, so practical and elegant. They keep light and sound out when closed. I’m one very happy customer who recommends this company.

I have dealt with Chelsea Decor for over 10 years, supplying window dressings for our last 2 new homes. I started with the blinds, maybe 10 years ago, and now have rugs and an awning from hft as well. The Luxaflex blinds fit absolutely perfectly and still look as good as the day they were installed. I love the look of the awning and the rugs feel superb underfoot. I've kept going back to hft because they deliver the quality and the service I'm looking for. Lovely people who know their stuff!

We contacted Luxaflex about replacing some worn shade cloth awnings which they had installed some 12 years previously. They were onsite carrying out a measure up within days of our initial call and the blinds were installed 4 weeks later. Excellent service, polite installers and prompt responses to all our questions. Would have no issues in recommending them.

The customer service was excellent - the person who came to measure up for the new blinds was very efficient, and we had a quote the next day. Our order was ready very quickly, and the blinds were installed with great ease. The installer was very helpful and did a great job. And the blinds look terrific! Thank you.

From the initial phone call to QiShades we had prompt service and good turnaround time installing our new shades. Prices were very competitive, and we had an overall positive experience.

Very professional at all points of contact. The installation was done perfectly and the result very pleasing.

Our order was close to $20,000.
We require a Warranty repair for one of the blinds. Dealer is dismissive and unhelpful unless we pay upfront for contractor to attend. $160.00 spent for contractor to attend and confirm fault.
Now they've invoiced us $715 upfront for their contractor to come and replace their faulty product. So much for 'Warranty'.
We tried to reach out to Luxaflex direct through their website . Received auto response thanking us for our enquiry and advising that our local Luxaflex dealer would be in touch shortly. Nada, crickets!! - 2 weeks and still waiting.
Disappointing considering we went with the brand thinking that they'd back up their product if there was a fault.

I’ve used Rundle blinds 3 times now, and each time I have had excellent service, helpful advice and super decorating advice.
Everyone from staff on the desks to Sam who has visited to sort my plans, to the installers; they are invariably helpful and lovely.
And every product has been great quality.

I have dealt with Luxaflex many times over the decades & always found the blinds to be the very best quality.
I recently had an external drop awning installed which required some adjustment to the electrical fitting. Mark came & fixed the problem in no time at all. I would recommend this firm for both interior & exterior fittings.
