Gemma and the team at Chelsea Decor in Kalamunda are fantastic! We love our new Luxaflex Shutters. Cannot recommend Luxaflex and Chelsea Decor high enough.

Love, love, love our new roller blind for the kitchen. The colour green in the fern and white background is just stunning....very pleased. Excellent service, just a shame it was a long wait for the fitting (not your fault, Covid :( ).
The fitter that came was very clean and careful with his work and friendly.
Just perfect. 👍

The shutters have made so much difference to our home. They are smart and bright and easy to close and open without battling cords from blinds. Easy to clean. Love the overall fresh look. It was not an easy job two windows from floor to near the ceiling with a sliding door on one. Travis the installer, spent a lot of time to make sure the measurements were correct and did a beautiful job. One room had sliding doors and the other, doors that opened out. We are so impressed that we shall do most of the windows. Thoroughly recommend Chelsea Decor and having shutters.

New Luxaflex remote control blinds chosen from Kalamunda store and deposit paid. Date fixed for installation. Lounge blind, bathrooms….perfect, bedroom blind even without taking it out of the box was never going to fit!

My husband, Clive has MND, which causes him to get stressed when things don’t go as planned. Our fitter, I think his name was Travers was simply amazing. He reassured Clive, us, that he would contact the warehouse and have the correct blind delivered ASAP and he would let Clive know, within 2-days when he could fit the blinds. True to his word, Travers called and came out on a Saturday morning to fit the bedroom blind, it fitted but…….the casing for the top of the blind was missing! Once again Travers went above and beyond and assured us on Monday he would be dealing with the matter and get back to Clive with a 3rd visit to finally complete the installation. This happened a couple of weeks later and we are absolutely delighted with blinds.

Luxaflex Kalamunda, you have an absolute star ⭐️ in your team, and for his patience and professionalism, I personally am more grateful than you will ever know. Thank you

Amazing service from the Chelsea Decor team, even in these COVID times, they kept me informed every step of the way. The installation was done on time and they even vacuumed the tiny bit of dirt/dust they created during installation.

I have a daughter with a brain injury and was looking at ways to reduce noise and light in her bedroom, as well as improve insulation. This was to help with her brain rest. The help given by all the Luxflex staff at Kalamunda was above and beyond. They helped me work out what was best and economical for the requirements I had, and guided me through the whole process of selection to installation. The compassion and care they provided was bar none I have experienced before. I really felt that they were invested in wanting to help and also to help me as a carer if a disabled child. My new Lucaflex vertical sunblock blinds were installed easily. They made an instant impact on my family room and the lighting is so much better. They give the room a more sophisticated ambience.

We recently purchased 2 blinds for our laundry and are really happy with the service we recieved from Chelsea Decor and with the blinds.

Ruth from Chelsea Decor made helpful suggstions on the decision between blinds or curtains and then which type of blind would be best taking all factors into consideration. We finally chose to have venetians which we leave open during the day so we can see the garden and birds but can close at night, all wihout having to raise and lower the blind.

Travers did a great job of installation and showing us how to operate them.

The blinds have made a huge difference to our 1970s laundry.

What a difference good quality window treatments make! We completed a total house renovation about a year ago and with most renovation budgets, we had to compromise on some things until we had the funds. After a 12 month journey of quoting different options and colours with the very patient team at Chelsea Decor, we were finally in a position to lock in the orders. The 5-6 week wait from order felt longer than the 12 months as we were very excited to finish the window treatment part of our internal renovation. The day finally arrived for install and we could take the temporary flimsy, unattractive, cheap blinds we brought from a main department store down! I don’t think I can really describe the feeling we had when our new curtains and blinds were installed. It was like our house was finally home! Not only did every install look beautiful but the quality was second to none and will no doubt last a lifetime. I couldn’t recommend more, and even my Husband conceded that it was the final touch our home needed.

Chelsea Décor provide a competent service with the added benefit of being located close to home and with a very patient and friendly group of staff, who helped us to work through what we wanted, but also what would work the best throughout the house. Installation was completed as and when planned, and the final job is amazing.
