I have made four phone calls to Cooma…

I have made four phone calls to Cooma Furnishings about my broken Luxaflex easy glide thermal blind. This is the second time the retracting action has broken down. I know that as I am a distance from the shop they are waiting for another customer to make it worthwhile to come and pick the blind up for repair. I have asked them to post me the fittings needed for repair to the blind. My son is about to visit this month and is a clever handyman who I feel shaw could repair my blind.
Since before Christmas we have been shrouded in bush fire smoke and I would like to be able to raise the blind.
