My back patio glass window covering has been long overdue for a make-over OMG the LUMISHADES have transformed this room beyond my belief. I would never have had the courage to choose the colour without their expert help.

At initial enquiry, we were given excellent information to consider and showroom well set up. The measuring up and final selection was done on the planned date. Once again great information and a great range of samples, made the process of making a selection very easy. The installation was done in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard. Went into the show room at Gepps Cross not sure what we wanted but Nick Hambour went thru the options and we are very happy with the result of his recommendation. Installation was trouble free

I had a great experience except three of my blinds were the wrong size so I only got 4 of the 7 installed and then had to wait several weeks for the right ones. They arrived today. Donna was amazing to deal with. She understood what I wanted and quoted me in several different options so that I could decide based on choice and somewhat price.
Taz, the installer, was polite, clean, quiet and efficient.

After a rocky start with the sales staff, we really like our new blinds. The installer was great plus they look and work awesome! I would definitely recommend the product.
