Absolutely thrilled with the exemplary customer service all the way through from first visiting the showroom to product aftercare. These are high-end quality Australian made products. My sheers and shutters look amazing, were completed promptly and nothing is too much trouble for Narelle, the director, and her team. They are all very knowledgeable and professional in their roles and very willing to guide and assist....I felt reassured I was in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

I have a small area which needed shade in the summer but I wanted any winter sun to come into the same area. The Nordic awning solved the problem. I looked at a lot of options but I kept coming back to the awning, its also easy to operate. Very Happy and thank y ou Narelle and Peter for your help in selecting.

The installer was friendly, professional, and arrived on time. The installation of the blinds was completed in a timely manner. I would not hesiate to contact Narelle again if the need arose.

I am stoked we chose to go with Luxaflex, very good quality Plantation Shutters, much nicer than a lot of the cheaper shutters around which are made in China.

I chose a Luxaflex blind when re designing my kitchen 10 years again , and am so impressed with it still. I took it down ( so easy) to have it cleaned, first time ever and not filthy , just needed a new string pully and that did not surprise me as I said 10 years and I use it every day. I have subsequently had a luxaflex installed in my study and love it. They are such good quality, stylish and gorgeous colours. I will definitely be getting another one for a bedroom I am about to re do. So simple to order and choose. Brilliant product and designs. Highly recommend this. Also Katandra where so helpful and easy to work with and helped me choose exactly what I wanted. Fabulous service all round. You get what you pay for.

Excellent service from Narelle and her team at Katandra Interiors.
We felt that Katandra Interiors provided us with enough choice of different window treatments, well displayed for easy viewing of the different choices and price range options.
Narelle communicated in a timely, informed manner. Narelle has good knowledge of the products she is selling, made suggestions as appropriate, steered us in the right direction but also took in to consideration our ‘wants and needs’.
Graeme, the installer of our window treatments, is meticulous in his work, punctual and considerate.

The service we received from Katandra Interiors from the moment we stepped through the door to the actual install was second to none. The products are superior in quality to anything else we saw and the installation was on time and without fuss. I couldn't recommend Luxaflex and Katandra Interiors highly enough.

I could not fault the professionalism and courtesy provided by Narelle. However I was astonished that the male product installer had placed the side cord where it would significantly interfere with the operation of the blind. Fortunately my daughter pointed it out to him and he graciously changed the position of the cord. My astonishment was that a 'professional installer did not appear to see the problem.

There was a fault with one of the three blinds which needed rectification. Despite a slight breakdown in communication, the blind was finally installed. The end result is good.
