The exceptional level of service offered by Sarah from the Bendigo store was nothing short of informative and knowledgeable. Although I work within the Design and Construction Industry I personally felt initially overwhelmed prior my experience with her. She had many offers and solutions to window treatments that would be suitable for the aesthetic of my new build. The addition of the Luxaflex full block outs for the bedrooms and play spaces are exactly what I had anticipated the spaces to look like. I have not hesitated one bit to recommend Needlecraft and the Luxaflex products to all my current clients as her exceptional knowledge and service was the key for me to use this business.

Really disappointed with the service & advice I received from Clinton regarding my Luxaflex duette blinds. I had them installed in May 2023 & I'm still waiting for the job to be completed in October 2023. I'm dissapointed that there has been no contact from needlecraft & that it was a costly investment that has gone terribly wrong.

The advise l was given ,regarding the type of blind that would be suitable for my Living room, was professional and knowledgeable .The choice of fabric I was shown
supported my final selection.
l am most definitely happy with the service l recieved.
My blinds arrived early, they were installed competently by an expert. It was worth the long drive to Bendigo, to have such a pleasing result.

The team at Needlecraft Curtains and Blinds in Bendigo were fantastic.
When we wanted to get more Luxaflex blinds to match existing ones in our house in Central Victoria. Clinton schedule a visit and gave great advice. The blinds were then ordered and installed very quickly and look wonderful.

We now have Duette blinds throughout our house and couldn't be happier. Their thermal capacity, sleekness and durability are the reason for us once again investing in this quality product.

The blinds had to be returned as they did not fit. Was a month later than advised for fitting

Very happy with the product and installation by Needlecraft. Only disappointed was that the one supplied for the back door was opening in the wrong direction, so it had to be sent back to Sydney for change, and will be about two weeks before it can now be installed.

Fantastic products which have bought my room to life. The service provided by the Bendigo team is second to none keeping me informed of my orders progress and installation date.

Prompt, friendly and professional service. Absolutely love our new Luxaflex outdoor awnings installed by Ash, which have reduced the interior temperature of the house significantly during Summer. Great look

Love the look. Easy and quick to pull down, would prefer an easier way to pull up. I know there is a remote, but just too expensive to justify. Quick installation. Great service.

We have a north-facing bay window in our Bendigo home. Sarah and Ash helped us choose an appropriate canvas awning set which is most effective in keeping the sun off the windows and the heat out of the room behind. And we're very happy with its appearance. Thanks!
