Courtesy, efficiency, great product

We ordered the Luxaflex Duette Shades. Material itself is good. The wand to operate the blinds - up/down, looks a bit flimsy and don't expect it to last. The other one was the continuous loop - same issue, the rope or string seems a bit loose. We have the top-down, bottom-up design. It now has a gap at the top, more so on one side.
Service is disappointing in terms of the Qantas points offer. At no point did they ask about supplying them the membership number, when I called, they said it's usually when full payment is made. When I finally followed up, they said it was too late, that I should have supplied the number during quote (quote does not say this, it only says they give 1 point per dollar). Had I known this, I would have gone somewhere else. Same quality, similar price and better warranty - maybe better wand operation. When it's time to replace other curtains, I'm going somewhere else.

In replacing a water damaged curtain of many years with a choice of the same model or the slightly more expensive current model, there was no pressure on me to spend more than I had planned. However, I did purchase and fit the more costly upgraded item as a matter of my own choice. I now find that I am happier with my decision because I know I chose wisely.

Luxaflex make a great product and they have options for different interiors. Some are even made in Australia which is great to see. From sales to install our experience was a positive one. The on-site people were great, courteous and careful.

My experience with Riteway was excellent from start to finish. Bec in the Fyshwick store was so helpful about colours & designs, Alan had some really good suggestions about my windows when he came to do the final measure and Paul did a great job of installing them. I'm very happy with the service and value and I would recommend Riteway to anyone looking for blinds.

The whole experience from quotation to installation was handled professionally and with genuine attention to customer satisfaction. We had blinds installed in our bathrooms and everything went as planned. The blinds work great and look great. Very happy.

Previously our house looked old and boring with curtains and venetian blinds. We can't believe the difference the new shutters made providing looks, functionality and privacy. The house now has a resort feel and look to it and we couldn't be happier with Riteway and Luxaflex for the quality of the final product. Just love it.

Luxaflex promptly came out to give me a quote and then check/measure. The blinds were ready early (I was in a rush to get them after installing new windows and before going on a trip). The LumiShade blinds work perfectly with the tilt & turn windows. The sheer curtain between the blinds looks stunning and is great for privacy. Unfortunately they no longer do the 2nd traverse wand on the big window which is such a shame but the blinds can still be unclipped and pushed to the side for easy window cleaning.

Excellent service. Staff were polite advised of time of arrival and arrived on time. I live 200km from Canberra and was very impressed that I received two visits to confirm measurements of the drapes I ordered. I am extremely happy with the drapes. The installation was completed quickly and competently.

When renovating the front portion of our house three years ago, I contacted Allan Smith from Riteway at Fyshwick for advice and quote for three large blinds in the front and one in the laundry. He discussed many available options and it was decided to install 3 Luxaflex Duette blinds on the large front windows and a Luxaflex Edge Roller blind on the laundry window. The blinds were installed on the advised date and Alan visited about a week later to ensure all went well. Since then the blinds have provided significant insulation, most noticeable during winter and have operated with no issues. During this time it was necessary to install a new fly screen on one of the front windows that required the blind to be removed and placed back after the screen had been installed. In order for this to be achieved, I contacted Luxaflex at Fyshwick who organised one of their technicians to do this at a convenient time at no cost. The remainder of the house is now undergoing renovation and as we have been pleased with the installed blinds and service received from Alan and colleagues, I have requested him to advise and quote for 7 Luxaflex Duette blinds.
