Customer service person who visited our home was very informative, helpful and easy to deal with. The installer was friendly, quick, efficient and helpful while dealing with the length of cord needed and revisited at a later date to instal the appropriate length cord.

Great and timely service with professional installation.

We had plantation shutters and blinds installed by Rundle Blinds in 2020 and 2021. They were our favourite company by far out of all who we had out to see the house and provide a quote. Luisa had excellent recommendations about what styles would suit our home as well. The quality of the shutters and blinds is excellent, and prices very reasonable. They were quick to provide us with a quote, and then organise instalment. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone else!

The outdoor blind took longer because of the covid situation, but i was called and advise.

We needed to reduce the heat temperature in an upstairs room with adjacent an insulated attic facing east. Luxaflex advised duet blinds to complement our indoor shutters. This has worked well and even better now that the adjacent got attic has been further insulated. We like the ease of moving the duet blinds that just lift up and down with finger tip touch. No untidy cables or cords to break. The duet blinds colour look great against the shutters both inside and outside view. We look forward to keeping this upstairs room comfortable both summer and winter. Thank you for recommending and installing this Australian made product.

When we wanted to upgrade our bedroom blind we called Louisa whom we have dealt with many times in the past.
Service was as usual extremely professional.
Installed product functions as expected.

Thank you for the opportunity to let you know my disappointment with the service I received.
I ordered Chalk curtains for my bedroom and had to pay in full ($4K) prior to installation in December but received Black curtains. FYI Deposit was paid in October.
Of course you are replacing them with what I ordered and paid for but with no ETA of when the curtains will be replaced.
Unfortunately my experience was very bad -you have my money and I have curtains that I neither ordered nor do I want.
I would not be so upset as I know you will replace the curtains, it was truly your attitude. My advise - be kind people - I worked hard and saved hard for those curtains.

As we updated our kitchen we needed a new blind to match our decor. We contacted Rundle Blinds and Curtains and organised an appointment with a Luxaflex Rep to bring Venetian Blind samples to our home and offer a free measure and quote. From the beginning we knew that this was the product that we wanted and suited our purpose. We have other Luxaflex blinds which we love such as Silhouette Blinds in our Family Room and feel that Luxaflex is a superior product, second to none.

I needed a skylight cover installed in a bedroom . I contacted Rundle blinds . We Organised a very convenient time to measure and meet up . The salesman was excellent. He knew the products. The install was as planned and the finished product was exactly what we had in mind . I was very satisfied.

I had an excellent experience with Luxaflex, they were adaptable, efficient, economical and the finished result is absolutely lovely.

From the outset we were impressed with the professional service received from the initial phone call when making the first appointment, to the installation of the blinds we finally chose. We changed our minds a couple of times from the initial appointment, and it was never too much trouble for the rep to come back with different samples. The blinds themselves are of a high quality and well made. We would highly recommend the whole team from Rundle Blinds at Fullarton.
An added bonus were the Qantas Frequent Flyer points we received as well.

We have now installed Luxaflex duette blinds in every window of our house. They are brilliant. The operating mechanism is easy to use and leave no dangerous cords that are dangerous for young children. The blinds seamlessly disappear into the window frame. And the service was fabulous.Sam from Rundle blinds was so pleasant to deal with and so efficient. The turnaround for installation especially in Covid tomes was very quick. I would thoroughly recommend Luxaflex blinds

I called Luxaflex on a Monday, by Wednesday I had representative come out to see me, she knew her product and was extremely helpful.
We picked our curtains/blinds and 3 weeks later they were installed.
The installer was neat and tidy (took his shoes off when he came inside) as was his work, he even filled in a few holes on the walls when he was installing.
Overall excellent customer service and the Lumishades look fantastic.
Very happy customer.

Our Luxaflex Australia Skylight blinds are fantastic and look great too!
They keep the heat and sun out when needed and allow us to invite it back in when wanted!
We can easily control them with our stylish remote control.
Such a pleasure and the perfect solution for us!!
