The window coverings were measured and installed with a minimum of fuss and they look fantastic in our family/dining rooms.

From the time that I called Suttle Shades I received great service. I was sent brochures on the different types of blinds available,quote was simple and everything was explained to me. We selected the slim line single cell Duette blinds. Two were your standard up/down blinds but the third slides right to left. Its amazing how narrow the blinds are when they're opened. I would highly recommend Suttle and Luxaflex.

We recently had luxaflex blinds installed throughout our home. Tony Suttle came on the day we made an inquiry and did a measure and gave us a very reasonable quote. The blinds were installed within two weeks, I highly recommend Suttle Shades to anyone considering window coverings. Exceptional sales, customer service and installation. This is the second time we have used Suttle Shades and intend to use them again for outdoor screens in the future.

We installed Duet Shades in all of the living areas with blackouts in the bedrooms. Then verishades on sliding doors. The house has been transformed.

Quality is great. Our decision was made when we saw our friends panel blinds from other stores not run perfectly and decided just to buy once in a room that will be open and closed everyday. The cordless/wand less window blinds also give a streamlined finish.

Great service, with lots of patience with second and third in-store enquiries before the measure and quote. They are upfront about the potential costs and won't try and upsell you. Installation was professional, efficient and on time, (they said the installation would take place between 2 and 3, so I wasn't waiting around all day) and they cleaned up after they were done. Finally, the results are great, so I'm very happy with my purchase

I am very pleased with the service Suttle Shades Luxaflex provided with both my purchases.The promptness and efficiency of the quote from Tony made my decision easy.No pressure applied and suggestion of time to think it over offered.
The second stage, office contact re installation was also impeccable.
Dates and times were flexible for which I am very grateful as my wife has Parkinson's Disease requiring constant attention and medical visits.
Lastly the installation by Sam,a very personable and professional young tradesman went off without a hitch.The install complete he explained how to use and care for the awning and Very Shades,vacuumed and took away all packaging leaving us to enjoy our purchases which we couldn't be more pleased with.

From first visit to showroom, came out next day to our home to measure, gave us the quote & from the time we decided to go ahead with blinds they were installed 3 weeks later. Blinds were made in Australia, great quality, installed perfectly and quickly. We would recommend this company if you are looking for excellent service.
