From the moment I walked into the store looking for new window coverings to Aaron fitting them great process. Absolutely love the piriouette shades they are a beautiful product that has given so much style to the rooms they are in. So much so we are looking at installing in other rooms in the house.

Sleek, stylish and superb are three words to describe our Luxaflex blinds installed recently. We selected a diverse range of blinds from the Lumishade to the Duette shades and all have met our expectations and requirements. The selection process through to the Installation by Townsville Carpet One was easy and stress-free. I adore my new Luxaflex shutters over my bathroom windows! While providing us with ultimate privacy and light filtration they add a Hamptons charm to the freshly renovated bathroom.

When you buy a little slice of paradise and design glazing to frame picture perfect views why would you want to cover them up with curtains? For us it was a matter of light management, privacy and the ability to shape the atmosphere within the room. After living in and experiencing our new home for a few months we were able to understand how the light and mood of the rooms was going to play out and realise that despite wonderful architectural design a number of our windows needed some attention. With some great consultancy work from Susan at Carpet One Townsville and their Luxaflex range of contemporary window furnishings we were able to see products and possibilities to enhance what we already had without losing our magnificent northern vistas of Castle Hill and our southern views towards Mount Elliott.

We were given a sense of confidence in the design and products that we were offered and the team professionally measured and negotiated the idiosyncrasies of our spaces. The anticipation grew over the six weeks that our order was being processed and right from the day of installation we realised that we had made an investment in enhancing the views of the world outside of our rooms but also created even more opportunities to appreciate the interior spaces of our home.

I looked everywhere for the best product when my home was ruined by the floods. I soon realized that you get what you pay for and cancelled blinds prior to using luxaflex because of this. Carpet one measured and fitted for me and I couldn’t be happier. My home looks like something out of Homes and gardens now and I know it will pass the test of time.
