The shades and the awning look even better than I had hoped they would look. Fabulous service and great product!

We purchased through Luxaflex in Port Macquarie and were quite disappointed with the customer service. We had two cancelled appointments and when the installers arrived they had been given the wrong blinds for our master bedroom, meaning we had to install temporary curtains.
The installation guys were very professional and courteous and the quality of the product is just as described by the salesman
Luxaflex tend to be a little more expensive than other local companies so we did not expect poor service

I've had other Duet blinds installed in other rooms before and love them. They look nice and work great.

Luxaflex at Tuncurry/Forster were so great to deal with! They communicated direct with our builder. On install day the guys were really nice to talk to, they did a great job and I had to leave early so they took pictures of the completed job and emailed the pics to me. Would absolutely recommend them!!

Communication, quality products, excellent installation technician

In replacing a water damaged curtain of many years with a choice of the same model or the slightly more expensive current model, there was no pressure on me to spend more than I had planned. However, I did purchase and fit the more costly upgraded item as a matter of my own choice. I now find that I am happier with my decision because I know I chose wisely.

Blind is exactly as expected and electric remote has made such a difference for my elderly father who can use it easily instead of the cumbersome blind that was there before.

From the time we went into Fabrique Moonah experience was superb. Installation was so quick and we are so pleased with our blinds

We bought the Luxaflex Duette Shades with automatic controls. They are so beautiful and quite. We face west so at 2.30pm each afternoon while we are at work the blinds automatically come down so we come home in summer to a much cooler house and our furniture is not being destroyed. Awesome installation and product expensive but money well spent. They look beautiful.

Luxaflex make a great product and they have options for different interiors. Some are even made in Australia which is great to see. From sales to install our experience was a positive one. The on-site people were great, courteous and careful.

Luxaflex Blinds with motorisation has proved a fabulous addition to our home. The fabric selection allowed us to control adverse light falling on a beloved art collection, added some extra privacy, all without excluding the views. Interiors by Riveresque guided us with fabric and colour selections to achieve this and helped with the installation and programming of the motorisation to suit many scenarios. A terrific result - both aesthetically and functionally.

From the initial measure to installation, the service from Albany Curtain Centre was excellent. The finished products are just as we hoped and the advice to have an external blind, has resolved an issue we were having.

I returned to Luxaflex in Midland as the blinds I bought for my house when I moved in 14 years ago had a broken cord. Tim had moved to another shop front in the intervening time . However we discovered that the type of cord was no longer available so a new set of blinds were needed. Tim came and measured up and after I had given my deposit was told it would be 6 weeks to delivery. In fact it was a shorter time. We had chosen a new colour shade as I had repainted my kitchen since the original set were installed . In the years between the new and old blinds designs had changed and the cords are now child proof but the quality of the product and the service given to me was exceptional and I would recommend Luxaflex Midland to any of my friends as a great business to contact if they need blinds

My experience commenced with entering a wonderful welcoming space, I was then greeted warmly by helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Communication was excellent I was kept up to date on the progress of my order. Installation was performed with the utmost care and I will defiantly engage on any future purchases.
