Great to learn on how to luxury wholesale

Great experience, highly reccomend for anyone looking to get into the real estate business

These guys are AMAZING!!! Program very educational, full of information, community and support. I came into this thing having been a bartender/working in the service industry all my life. Zero real estate skills or experience. They have walked me through step by step on what to do to become successful in this industry. Not only taught, but have provided the community with all the resources and support needed. When I had questions I had direct access to these guys to reach out and ask. That's very important because in a lot of programs you sign up and "byyye" you're on your own. I'm working on my first deal now so well see what happens. It's been a month since I got onboarded. There is so much to learn, but Lux Blueprint provides everything you need to know. I have loved being a part of the community of Lux Blueprint students who could potentially JV with me. I am working hard to close my first deal..already have a developer, just diligently working the goldmines. Matthew and Tyson have a wealth of knowledge to share with us.

I started trying to join Real Estate since 2022 but was disappointed due to promises which wasn’t fruitful . Although I spent a couple of Thousands of dollars.

Luxblueprint is different , it’s easy to understand and the community acts as a team helping each other. The leaders have a heart to make sure each one is successful. I wish I had come across Luxblueprint wholesaling earlier but I believe this is my time.

I’m still relatively new to Lux Blueprint with Tyson Smith, but I can already see a major difference in how I approach my real estate business.
For almost two years, I was trying to do multiple things at the same time—different strategies, different methods, and constantly trying to figure out what I should be focusing on. I was putting in effort, but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted.
One of the most valuable things Tyson has taught us is to focus on three specific activities every single day. It sounds simple, but that structure and consistency have been more effective for me than trying to do everything at once.
In just two weeks of following the process, I have communicated with more potential sellers than I did in the previous two years combined. I also have a potential lead that I am currently working.
For me, that is significant progress.

As a Realtor and someone who has been seriously exploring real estate investing and the luxury teardown/redevelopment market, I’ve looked at a lot of different strategies and education programs. LUX Blueprint immediately caught my attention because it approaches real estate investing from a completely different perspective.

I’m still early in the Lux Blueprint program, but I am super excited about what I’ve seen so far! I’ve been in real estate for 17 years, and one of the things that really stands out to me is their JV opportunity. It almost feels like you’re getting paid while you learn the process.

I joined back in mid June because I was previously wholesaling traditionally and I was doing about 2 deals a month but wanted more so I came to Matt and Tyson. Their networking is so top tier! I started pulling list and blasting texts in my first week there and got my first deal under contract in 4 weeks which finally closed yesterday for 85k JV deal with the team!! This is such a life changing opportunity and the support system is just so amazing for such a low price. Got a JV deal with them. I currently have another deal lined up through the network and people actually responding to my questions. I've invested in programs before in the past and typically they just take your money and your off on your own.

Honestly I was skeptical in the beginning but I saw the 90 guarantee and said screw it. It made easier that I was able to talk one of their students before joining. Its crazy that people like sub2 charge 10x more for such a low return, many deals to come

They're essentially peddling a course that's wildly inflated in its promises of success. They reek of used-car lot salespeople who've had a tiny taste of victory and immediately decided to monetize it by selling you something you could easily build yourself with AI.
It's the standard webinar disappointment: they want you typing numbers in the chat, pumping yourself up over possibilities they have zero intention of actually delivering—until, of course, they hit you with the upsell for the "real" information. Same old, same old letdown.
Avoid at all costs.
