Lux Central レビュー

Excellent service. Responded within seconds when my QR wasn’t working to ship and sent me a new one. So straight forward and money sent to my account not even 24 hours after I shipped it off! So speedy and friendly.

I’ve both bought and sold with them!
Has the best experience.
I wish they had brand specific bags for stuff but that’s not their fault.
They are all so lovely xx

Great bag , great price

Great on line presence with very helpful and informative people in camera. Delivered when expected and exactly as described, in fact better colour in person

Another great purchase, the speedy 25. Great customer service on the live and came well packaged in great condition. My go to for pre loved designer bags!

Sold a luxury item to them, fast efficient service. Would use again! Thank you

Absolutely love my bags that I got from Lux Central! They are in such good condition and I would definitely purchase again from Lux Central

Great service as always, can always trust these guys.

I stopped watching and following their tiktok because I was humiliated on one of their live. I bought 3 items with them. The last item I bought was a Goyard plummet bag and didnt inform that there was a slight tear outside so I felt disappointed and it cost me like £700ish. It was indeed a great luxury online store but I just felt so bad about the humiliation.

Feb.25, 2026- Reply to your comment>There is actually small tear on the side and its very obvious.

Fabulous item , exactly as described and super quick delivery, would highly recommend x

An amazing company to buy a pre-loved designer handbag from. It was delivered super fast and in great condition. I won’t go anywhere else for a designer bag again.

Went on to their selling bid on eBay and they are wonderful , got myself a bag LV less than half price! Lovely people and very helpful. Sent both my item with checked authenticity tags and a full receipt , will be buying from them again. ***** 5 stars thanks

Bag arrived exactly as described and really quick delivery. 100% authentic, package well and came with authenticity certificate. Highly recommend!

The delivery is quick. I like the authentication documents. The bag looks exactly as it is in the live on Tiktok.
