Purchased a 100% wool blanket from Luxe Bedding on 6 July 2025. The product listing stated that pilling would only occur for a short time. Unfortunately, the blanket continued pilling constantly and excessively and never improved. The shedding was so excessive it covered my new sofa and made the blanket unusable.

I contacted the seller and provided photos as requested. After reviewing the evidence, Vinod confirmed that a full refund would be issued.

Despite this confirmation, the refund has never been processed.

I have followed up multiple times without resolution and have now lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria. If the matter is not resolved quickly, I will proceed with an application to VCAT.

What is most frustrating is that resolving something like this takes significant time and effort for the customer. It leaves you wondering whether some businesses rely on the fact that many people simply don’t have the time to pursue these matters further.

This has been a very disappointing experience, particularly given the cost of the product $200 !!!!. Consumers expect that when a seller acknowledges a fault and promises a refund, that commitment will be honoured.

I am sharing this experience so other customers are aware before making a purchase. Buy from a credible retailer.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, they ignore emails regarding returns and faulty products. Stay far far away!

The memory foam travel pillow is too soft and not supportive enough. I bought it so I wouldn't have to pack my regular memory foam pillow but it is not suitable for this purpose.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My online order didn’t fit my bed so I immediately repackaged it for a return. The first email said they won’t accept opened goods for return. They have ignored my second email regarding my further request for return & refund!

I purchased a bedding set for over $240.00
After the first wash the stitching was coming undone and buttons had come off. Several times I contacted the company and was ignored. I followed up with PayPal who said it’s not under their buyer protection programme. The company can sell rubbish and get away with it. Awful costumer support

I bought a $240 quilt and it is coming apart. They haven't responded so I will be taking them to fair trading.

They sold me a faulty product and refuse to deal with it or respond. Beware of this company. They're untrustworthy.

Just received the Puradown Australian wool mattress topper. We were very impressed with the quality and price. Unfortunately shipping information ended up in my junk mail, however I was able to contact the warehouse by phone (use the mobile number) and all was resolved.
