Customer service is great!
I ordered rings and they arrived very quickly and were absolutely beautiful, unfortunately I got the wrong size so I sent them back for an exchange. The whole time I was waiting for the exchange I was corresponding with Heather and she was absolutely fantastic, getting the exchange took a little longer than I thought but I was replied to every time I messaged and was also sent a pair of beautiful earrings as a gesture of good will. I am over the moon with the rings and earrings and will definitely be ordering more from them.

Followed Luxe Emporium on tiktok for a while and decided to order there beautiful triple band ring. Arrived fast and there packaging is really nice. Love the ring - definitely recommend 🫶

Outstanding service from the girls at Luxe. I knew when I ordered from a family run business that I'd be in good hands but honestly the experience blew me away. From the personalised touch of my handwritten name in the order to the gorgeous packaging it was like opening a gift to myself haha! I'll definitely be back thank you girls. I purchased some rings and they arrived today and are absolutely beautiful. Delivery was super quick. My whole experience with Luxe Emporium was 5* from start to finish. The customer service is the absolute best, any questions I had were answered immediately and I felt 100% confident in placing an order. In fact I’ve already placed my second order. Will definitely be buying more in the future. The quality and service is excellent!

Fabulous jewelry and exceptional customer service

I Can not get over the quality of the rings & bracelet my partner ordered me from luxe emporium, for the price you would swear they are extremely expensive jewellery, the service is amazing !! I couldn’t find my order and the fast response in sorting my issue was amazing ! 10/10 recommend I will 1000% be ordering again ❤️

My fiance brought a ring it went cloudy in 3 weeks.. asked for a refund no refund.. week 5 all the gold came off.. I've now asked for a refund no answer.. I take it off in shower only wear it on special occasions this should not be happening.
It's now been in box for 2 months

Luxe Emporium is my favourite jewellery brand I have bought so many pieces from them! I never take my rings and necklace off and they have never tarnished I’d recommend them to anyone the girls are so nice that work there. I’ll be a customer for life!

I recently made a purchase from Luxe Emporium, ordering a set of rings for my wife. Unfortunately, the rings were too large upon arrival. We made the mistake of removing the labels before realising they didn’t fit, but we contacted Luxe Emporium right away to inquire about an exchange for a smaller size. We sent them photos of the rings, and after some back-and-forth, they confirmed that an exchange could be arranged knowing that the tags had been removed. We then completed a returns form and paid for the return shipping as requested.

However, the experience quickly went downhill from there. Despite our efforts to follow up, we had to chase Luxe Emporium multiple times to find out when the exchange would take place. Eventually, we received an email notifying us that the new rings had been dispatched, but when they arrived, they came with a note stating that an exchange could not be processed due to “wear and tear” and the removal of the labels, which was communicated to them beforehand. It’s important to note that the rings had never been worn, and there was no visible wear and tear.

I attempted to reach out to Luxe Emporium again via email, but my messages went unanswered. The lack of communication, along with the mishandling of the return and exchange process, has been incredibly frustrating.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and handling of this situation. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when considering purchasing from Luxe Emporium. Their customer service is severely lacking, and my issue remains unresolved.

Heather went above and beyond to help! 5 ⭐️ customer service second to none! Beautiful ring packaging was amazing and smelt great! I cannot recommend this company high enough!

Had the best experience from Heather. She went above and beyond and helped me when I ordered the wrong size ring. She explained everything thoroughly to me about the return and her emails were friendly and warm. Managed to wear both rings on my anniversary. Can't thank her enough.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size rings which was entirely my fault but Heather couldn't have been more helpful - all my messages were responded to promptly and an exchange was quickly arranged for the correct size. A lovely company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again in the future, thank you Heather x

I had to exchange my ring for a larger size.
This process was easy. Luxe emailed me a link how to do it with a shipping label, a link to get a new ring and emailed confirming the new one had been sent. Complete transparency and help every step of the way. I am wearing my new ring and love it. Thank you Heather for helping from the start and everyone at luxe for making my experience a pleasurable one.

If there was 0 stars, I would've chose this option.

They initially got my order wrong, so asked for a refund. Then they have the nerve to send me a PARTIAL refund due to THEIR MISTAKE.

I am out of pocket £10 (I know only £10, but it's the principle) due to their mistake.

Disappointed.

Ordered a wedding set to replace my old ones due to weight loss they no longer fit ! They arrived perfectly wrapped and are absolutely beautiful, 5 star customer service as I had made a mistake on the website and heather had this sorted with in a few emails , your efforts were much appreciated .
Highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing more items .

Honestly I cannot thank Luxe emporium enough, I clicked the wrong delivery at check out and so I emailed them explaining my situation and the sad news this Christmas. They went above and beyond for me they uprated my delivery free of charge and also I received a free gift gesture. I 100 percent recommned this company, there but hearts, there customer service and interaction and the delivery time you wouldn’t ever get better. I received my products and gift this morning the items are lovely. Thanks so much, have a brilliant Christmas! Will defo be ordering again, thanks James

Ordered two ring sets for my wife. A little disappointed they didn’t come in a ring box. Rings are in little plastic bags and you get a small pouch to put them in. Ok these aren’t hugely expensive but I’ve purchased cheaper rings and they came in a ring box. This makes them look cheap. Also the pictures on the website make the rings look so much better than in real life. They are ok but if presented in a box they would look better.
