You’re also right that hair type matters. For thicker hair, results tend to be more noticeable right away, while thin or fragile hair needs extra care, very small sections, and lighter passes.

It’s important to clarify too: the hair collected is split or damaged ends, not new growth being cut from the root — but we completely understand how it can feel like hair loss if your hair is already fine or thinning.
