Hi Tara, Thank you so much for your honest and thoughtful review 🤍✨

We’re so glad to hear it made your hair feel better and helped remove those split ends. That’s exactly what it’s designed to do! And you’re absolutely right, it’s meant to maintain and extend time between haircuts, not completely replace shaping or styling trims.

We truly appreciate you sharing your balanced experience, and we’re happy it’s been a great addition to your routine 💫

Hi Maria, 🤍

Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We’re really glad to hear you’re loving the split end machine! That means a lot to us 💫

However, I’m truly sorry about the brush situation and the delivery time. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.

Regarding the brush, it should match what is shown on our website. If the one you received is different in design and quality (especially missing the smaller bristles shown in the photos), please send us a clear photo of the brush you received so we can look into this immediately. If it’s incorrect or from a different batch, we will absolutely make this right for you.

As for shipping, our estimated delivery window is 7–14 business days, but depending on customs and courier processing, it can sometimes take a bit longer. That said, we understand waiting 16 days can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience.

Please send us at support@luxmend.com:
• A photo of the brush you received
• Your order number

We’ll sort this out for you as quickly as possible 🤍

Hi Cheri, We’re so glad to hear the split-end trimmer is helping you manage the regrowth phase. When hair has been chemically stressed, those fragile ends can split easily, so gently removing them can make a big difference in how your hair looks and feels while it grows out.

It’s encouraging that your hair is growing back, and using the tool carefully in small sections is a great way to support that process without sacrificing length. Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re cheering you on as your hair continues to recover and thrive! ✨💫

Hi Susan, This is such a thoughtful and detailed review — thank you for sharing! 🤍✨

We’re thrilled to hear that the Luxmend split-end trimmer is helping you identify and remove those sneaky split ends, even in thinner hair. You’re absolutely right — consistent care makes a huge difference, especially when trying to grow hair longer after a cut like a bob.

It’s wonderful to hear that your hairdresser supports your use of the trimmer too! That kind of professional endorsement really shows that it’s a safe and effective tool for maintaining healthy hair between salon visits.

Thank you so much for trusting Luxmend — we’re excited to see your hair growth journey with this! 💫

Hi Mary, This is such a beautiful and encouraging review 🤍✨ Thank you so much for sharing your journey.

We know how emotional hair changes can be — especially after pregnancy and thyroid adjustments — so hearing that this has helped you feel hopeful again truly means a lot. You explained it perfectly: when shorter regrowth hairs keep splitting and breaking from heat styling, it can feel like your hair “won’t grow,” when really it’s struggling with retention.

We’re so glad the trimmer helped you clean up those fragile ends without sacrificing length — that’s exactly what it’s designed to do. And going through your layers in small sections (twice!) is such a great approach 👌

We’re excited right along with you for your 8-week check-in! ✨ Please keep us updated on your growth journey — we’re cheering you on every step of the way 💛

Hi Deanna, Wow — this truly means so much 🤍✨

Thank you for noticing the little things like the follow-up care and tips. We genuinely believe the experience shouldn’t stop at delivery — helping you get the best results is just as important as the product itself.

We’re so glad you had a smooth delivery and felt supported along the way. And your comment about caring beyond “just making a buck” really touches us — that’s exactly the kind of company we strive to be.

Thank you for your trust and your kind words. We’re so happy you’re loving the product! 💫

Hi Abigail, This made us smile — thank you for such a thoughtful (and honest 😄) review! 🖤✨

We’re thrilled to hear it did exactly what it claims: healthier, softer hair with no loss of length — that’s the goal. We also really appreciate you pointing out the downsides. The feedback about the hair catcher attachment and clearer instructions (especially around turning it off) is incredibly helpful, and we’ll be sharing that with our product team.

And honestly… if it’s won over a very skeptical mum and your sister keeps borrowing it, that might be the highest praise there is 😂🙌

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and for the great sense of humor — it truly means a lot to us! 💫
