While our returns facility is located overseas and customers are responsible for return shipping, our support team also works to provide alternative refund options when possible to help avoid high return costs.

In your specific case, our team issued a full refund to you, even though the item was not returned. Because of this, we were surprised to see this review stating that refunds are not provided.

• Make sure the device is turned off before cleaning.
• Open the hair chamber and empty the collected hair over a trash bin.
• Use a small cleaning brush (like a makeup brush or soft toothbrush) to gently sweep out any remaining hairs.
• You can also use compressed air or a cotton swab to remove tiny pieces stuck in the corners.
• Avoid touching the cutting blades directly, since they are sharp.

Because the trimmed hairs are very fine, a few tiny pieces can sometimes stay behind, but brushing it out gently usually removes most of them.

Regarding the hair pieces, if there was quite a bit of damage to remove, it’s normal for there to be more trimmed ends than usual. The reservoir is designed to catch most of them, but very fine or lightweight pieces can sometimes escape, especially if the chamber gets full during use. Emptying it midway through longer sessions can help minimize that.

It’s also completely normal for hair to feel slightly lighter or less bulky after removing split ends — that’s often just the damaged thickness being taken away, not healthy length.

As for growth, you’re absolutely right — it helps with length retention over time by reducing breakage. We’re excited for you to continue seeing the results!
