I did not realize that I was buying a subscription until after you placed my order. I tried to cancel the subscription but can't be sure that it has been done. Your site is confusing in how to do this. Please check to make sure that my subscription, that I did not want, has been canceled. Otherwise your site is okay. I am very impressed that the company answered my concern and confirmed that my automatic refills have been cancelled. I have added to my review to show that this company is upstanding in representing their products even when someone misunderstands their advertisement.

2 star only for the lack of customer service, I keep getting emails asking how my order went and I keep replying with a simple question about 4 times now and get no response 🤬love the product and have bought before..may not be much to some all I want to know is the free gift of face masks normally come in a pack of four I received a single face mask when normally it’s the four, simple question and a reply would be appreciated.

Ordered a buy one get one free LED face mask ( order AU 30143 7) but only received one . Numerous emails and messages to them in last month but no reply , I have screen shot evidence of it all .
DO NOT buy from this company they do not honour their promotions
I am compiling evidence to send to the ACCC and trading standards

Also I have received no email from them although they have stated below they have sent me one .
I am going to trading standards with all my evidence and ignored emails , they can investigate it all now

Oh and they tried to ban my review on here but trust pilot overruled them !

The ad was very clear on pricing and no subscription in fine print like other similar product ads- I researched a bit to see reviews and their standing with Trust pilot

I’ve purchased from Lux Skin before and have genuinely loved their products. I’ve also recommended them to quite a few people, so I was really happy to order again.

Unfortunately, this order has been a bit disappointing. The website advertised that I would receive two products free when purchasing two, but I was actually charged for all four. I contacted Lux Skin by email before my order was dispatched to ask about this and request a refund or an explanation, but my order was still dispatched before I received a response.

I also noticed that I had apparently been signed up for a subscription that I wasn’t aware I had agreed to. I’ve since cancelled it, but I wanted to mention it because it was another unexpected part of my order.

I still genuinely like Lux Skin and their products, which is why I’ve recommended them to other people. I just hope they can sort out these issues, particularly the promotional charge, because this experience has been quite frustrating.

I chose the Lux site as it was easy to navigate and I was able to select a free gift. Other sites were a bit confusing and kept offering other products to buy. If the products are as good as they say, I will definitely buy from this site again

They're information on Lux products is easily understood and accessible for ordering.

My experience with lux skin was amazing. They deliver on time. Items was fully packed properly. No damaged items upon arrival. And the items are amazing to the skin

DO NOT BUY FROM LUX SKIN.
My husband bought me an LED Face mask as I asked and sent him the link. It took 3 weeks to be delivered, missed my birthday date. Once it arrived, I saw the product is cheap and no lights come on. I have requested a refund, they now are refusing a refund I have to have exchange a product or take credit for their website. What a joke. I do not want any other trash product so we will loose the money.
