Verystraight forward and some great offers

The add ons when you’re trying to checkout. It’s irritating to scroll down to find the “decline “option.

Bought the premium IPL handset V2, it sometimes doesn’t laser at all and sometimes switches off. It also only comes with an EU adapter, I tried to send it back but they refused to refund me and just tried to give me a load of workarounds or store credit. Personally having 3 issues with a device, I’m gonna want my money back instead of a workaround.

A smooth transaction, great website and superb offers

Package was late and product was faulty premium IPL V2 FDA cleared product doesn’t charge and doesn’t work have emailed them multiple times with video proof as well as the foundation only lasted 1 week very disappointed in your product and still haven’t had a refund or any acknowledgment of faulty product I would not recommend please get back to me happy to send product back but you haven’t given me this option

luxe is a lovely reliable company. the website is easy to manage. To find your way around it is easy..

I placed an order and selected a one-time purchase, but it was apparently changed to a subscription at checkout which I didn’t realise until I received a refill order email. When I contacted customer service to cancel the refill and request a refund before it was dispatched or fully processed, I was told this wasn’t possible.

The subscription process and promotions feel deliberately confusing. I was told my credit would automatically apply at checkout, but it didn’t, and I only received a redemption code after making a purchase.

Overall, a frustrating and misleading experience with little transparency or consideration for customers.

Website is excellent easy to navigate got my order in the basket with no hassle can't wait for it to arrive

Part of the reason I chose to try this product is because the ease of the use of the website, and the description of what the anti-aging ingrediants included in the serums. This is such an important factor when decided what we will put on our face.

They also don't try to hide reviews that may be less positive so as consumers we can make our own informed decisions. I'm looking forward to the trying the product.

It is hard to understand the promotions when you get to the check out.
