Fantastic customer service
My experience was fantastic I accidentally ordered 2 of the same kits and emailed customer service they were quick in relying and updating my order to what I wanted. Best customer service and will definitely be ordering again. Website is amazing to follow and a wonderful product.

Had an email telling me about an order…
Had an email telling me about an order I have not placed an order and worried about money been taken from account and no response.
Be very careful when placing orders with this company. I didn't set up automated orders but they are saying I did and have processed an order and taken money which they won't or say too late to cancel I caught it on the day so why not. It's not like they deliver quickly to start with.

We’re sorry the refill charge came as a surprise. That’s the last thing we want for anyone.
To explain how it works: our free full-size products come with our monthly refill plan, not as a one-off order. The plan is shown on the product page and at checkout before payment, a confirmation email goes out when it starts, so there’s time to skip, pause, swap products or cancel. No charges are made outside of that plan.
That said, if it wasn’t clear to you, we’d like to help.
