Ease of ordering. Product line expansion is great. Add on would be wonderful if they were really sent with the order. I ordered two regular Lux kits with two freebies which I didn't receive but I love... もっと見る

Had an email telling me about an order I have not placed an order and worried about money been taken from account and no response.
Be very careful when placing orders with this company. I didn't set up automated orders but they are saying I did and have processed an order and taken money which they won't or say too late to cancel I caught it on the day so why not. It's not like they deliver quickly to start with.

Hi Sheila,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for any worry this caused.
We've looked into your account. At checkout on your previous order, the free gift offer was selected, which is unlocked by joining our auto-refill subscription. As outlined at checkout, this subscription ships your next order automatically, which is why you received this order confirmation and charge.
We completely understand this may have been missed, and we're happy to help. As confirmed in our email reply, your subscription has now been cancelled, you won't be charged again.
We're glad you enjoyed your last order, and we'd love to see you again whenever you're ready.
Kind regards,
Customer Support Team
It's con selling their products on Facebook
It's a con selling their products on face book and not making you aware of they put you on subscription and charging your credit card with out your authorisation
Avoid this company

Hi Paul,
We’re sorry the refill charge came as a surprise. That’s the last thing we want for anyone.
To explain how it works: our free full-size products come with our monthly refill plan, not as a one-off order. The plan is shown on the product page and at checkout before payment, a confirmation email goes out when it starts, so there’s time to skip, pause, swap products or cancel. No charges are made outside of that plan.
That said, if it wasn’t clear to you, we’d like to help.
Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact our team through luxskin.co with your order number, and we’ll cancel your plan straight away.
Kind regards,
The LUX SKIN Team

Take your time and read the content and you will understand
I intially had difficulties understanding the content of the dropdown boxes when placing my order, however after reading more on the website before placing my order i fully understood what i was purchasing. The only thing I recommend is the merchant make it more obvious that customers are signing up for a subscription. All in all, if you take the time to read everything and not rush, its self explanatory.
