Worst company ever I’ve ordered twice now & literally lost my money & not received anything or any emails nothing

I have paid in full for my items 3 months ago and haven't received anything not even a shipping detail email. Nothing, nada. Have been getting the run around from them with my 15 emails about my items. Do not use this company!!! Scammers

They are scammers! I’ve sent numerous emails asking about where my order is as it’s been 2 + months since I placed it.

The responses I received weren’t genuine as well as my questions weren’t answered, instead I was sent the same automated reply every time!

Don’t waste your money here! You will not receive your orders!!!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! $159 worth of linen ordered July 11. Excuse after excuse and still no shipment details. Upon contacting bank a recurring payment has been activated on my card so the excuses are designed to ensure that a second or even third payment is triggered. Cancel your credit card immediately! You will never get these goods.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They charged my American Express back in April still no pajamas they say they are backed up due to COVID yet they advertise 30 percent off on new orders thou they raised there prices by 50 percent. Buyer beware DO NOT ORDER

Paid for a bed and end up getting blocked!

This is in reference to a company in Instagram as Luxsleeps. I ordered from luxsleeps.co.uk.
Cut a long story short, I ordered a bed, paid £50 deposit in March. Bed never arrived despite being given 3 delivery days and times.
When I asked to cancel my order then said that they would refund the £50. That money has never been seen. Convinced they are scammers.
Will teach me to do my research properly before ordering...their Instagram page looks very legit. Puts me off ordering from small companies which is a shame .

This company are very fraudulent. They take your money and once they deliver your broken and damaged bed they block you!!!! Please do not buy !! Not impressed at all.

Where do I start. Ordered a bed in March. It came in June. Delivery driver demanded money even though I had paid in full. They left bed outside due to corona. As I’m on my own I then paid £75 for someone to assemble. I came home and just was shocked. The sides are a different colour to the headboard and footer. The headboard and footer have damage. Diamanté buttons instead of velvet buttons and I paid for a gas lift but it has NO storage. They said they would resolve. It’s now been four weeks and they’ve blocked me on all communication. I’ve reported to trading standards and will be taking them to small claims court. Steer well clear.

Ordered a bed £790. They sent me the wrong side panels. Picture showed button side panels.... got the wrong side panels collected... no button side panels delivered..... I’m now 12 weeks on.... can’t put my bed together.... have a headboard wooden slates... end piece but can’t put it together..... I’ve emailed I’ve texted I’ve what’s appt!!! I’ve been blocked.... so £790 for a bed I can’t put together....... I’ve now decided to take them to the small claims court.... I’m reporting to trading standards... and I will be you going to the papers. I’m a NHS worker who’s been sleeping on a mattress for 12 weeks. I’ve even said I’d collect the side bed panels...... nothing... PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY... this has stressed me out so much..... I cannot stress enough...... please say well clear....

Worst Customer experience!! I bought a single bed for my sons room through this company for which they charged a ridiculous amount £475 with no mattresses i specifically asked for GREY plush velvet.They were quick to get the order placed and deposit paid. A few days later the same bed was put on sale for less than half price, when i messaged to ask they removed the post from instagram so customers like myself don’t feel “mistrested”. Two days before delivery i received an email asking to be paid in cash with a further message on instagram asking for a bank transfer both with incorrect amounts due. I then had to email to re confirm amount due and method of payment..the bed arrived two weeks later than scheduled.My husband made the payment without checking the bed (our fault)...To start with the slats were damaged, the side rails were to a completely different bed and to my surprise the colour of the bed was a lot darker than the grey they advertise and specified.
When i spoke to the manager he offered to change the side rails and slats with a credit for the state the bed arrived in, ignoring the fact the bed was not the right colour i had asked for! He was adamant the colour was correct, to which i objected they then took several days to check with there manufacturer. After numerous messages and phone calls (to which they constantly claim they are in a meeting or resolving the matter, which i highly doubt) i am being asked to pay for the delivery charges to uplift the bed and to re order a new bed which the manager confirmed will take weeks and they cannot guarantee a timescale! I cant be bothered chasing this company when they lack no customer care therefore in order to resolve the matter i asked them to cut off delivery charges and refund my money (which i'm entitled to) despite the inconvenience and stress i've had dealing with these people and the excuses they continue to make!
They are now ignoring my phone calls, messages and i’m getting no response. PLEASE BE AWARE the pictures of the beds(also used by other bed companies) and the colours they post on instagram are very different and they mis advertise! We are now left with no bed for my son!! They over charge, only interested in getting an order and there resolutions are only what suits them=to the worst customer service experienced!
Please avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

Terrible experience with this company. They were very polite and quick to message when I was purchasing the bed. I paid my deposit and was told I would receive an email confirmation, I didn’t receive one until I messaged again a week later asking why I hadn’t. I was then told it would take up to 30 days to be delivered. It took longer. I received a message two days before telling me no cash and it had to be transferred which is annoying as I cued for the bank for 40 mins to get the money out. I then got a messages saying it would be delivered on Thursday so I waited in all day - no delivery. I messaged numerous times and was told that I would get a call in an hour, twice in 3 hours. (Automated message from them) I then had a phone call from the “logistics” team telling me the van had broken down and they would have to go back to Yorkshire lol. Then I was told it will 100% be delivered the next day before 12, I said I needed it before 11 and was told they would. But I thought worst case it’s 12. Next day I had no confirmation until I messaged at 11 asking for an update. I was then called by the “manager” who sounds like the logistics guy and was told it will be there in 20 mins. It then turned up over an hour later. The delivery driver was polite at first but asked me to take my bed upstairs to my flat by myself 🤣 I weigh about 8 stone. He then helped me do it. I then asked if it was gas lift storage and the driver said it wasn’t. So I said I don’t want it. He then left it down stairs and got in his van to leave and told me that’s what I had ordered. I told him to phone the manager and showed him the messages from Instagram that I had ordered ottoman has lift bed. It was also the completely wrong bed when I got it out as the bed is for my 2 year old daughter and I needed the high bottom. They offered me £50 back and an ottoman storage box that I don’t want so I refused it. I want what I paid for. It’s a completely different bed. They have said they are dealing with my complaint which I know is a load of rubbish. Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. I also never moan about anything. I’d stay away if you don’t wanna massively stress yourself out. They also read my messages and don’t reply because they are greedy ignorant people who just wanna take your money and not finish the job. Also when they do answer the phone they say they are in a meeting or pretend to be someone else even though the man you talk to is the manager + sales team member + logistics team + everything else because this is a small business running through Instagram not a large professional company. I am still waiting for the bed I ordered or a full refund before I go to town on this company.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS

Sent me a completely different bed from what I ordered then blocked me when I told them they sent me something completely different. Also their pictures are all fake. They steal them from other companies, what you see is not what you get. AVOID AT ALLL COST

Delivery communication was awful, was told I was getting my bed Thursday no time slot nothing. Nothing to track or anything so stayed in all day to wait for my bed. For them to then say the van had broke down so I will get it tomorrow. The next day I rang and asked when my bed is coming they said between 1-5 so waited in all day again got to 5 and no bed they then said the van had broken down once again. My dad called and was assured the bed was coming today. The bed then turns up at 11pm at night bearing in mind my child was asleep.

The bed is amazing looks like the picture super happy with it and well worth £400 just the delivery part let it down a little .

OMG guys please do not use this people. They are fake. The bed on their site is not there’s. They bought there followers check there is not even much comment or likes on their site. They just rip me off over £550. I order a bed. I waited nearly 2 months for it. Finally I got a call that it will be delivered on a particular day and time. Waited all day it was not delivered. Waiting the next day they turned up at night practically. Only one person doing the delivery so I was told I have to help lift it to my house because they are not gonna take it back. I am a nurse and suffer with severe back problem so I was left in pain for the next two day non-stop. I ordered a gas lift bed and paid an extra £100 for the lift. They sent me a lift we’re you have to use two people to life and manually hold the be up. I contacted them about it they answered the phone twice and told me they are in a meeting. Sent them several videos of what was happening they ignore me. The instructions for the bed is not accurate either , they offered to send someone to fit it for an entra charge. I refused because my husband could do it. The measurements for the bed is not accurate either so the balance is poor. So I’m basically left with a crooked bed and no support. I also gave the a dimension for the base as I needed it higher due to back issues. I paid extra for that too but got the standard low one. Be careful of these online people do your thorough research before and don’t make your decision based on the pictures they posted. This has got to be the biggest mistake I have ever made so far in life. All they are concerned about his collecting the balance from your hand so they can run 🏃🏿‍♀️away before you detecting that you have been scammed. I am now looking to buy a different bed and put this one out. This time I will use a reputable bed seller, I only have myself to blame for what has happened to me.
The bed is rubbish and the fittings are not correct. They took my money and no receipt. When I ask for receipt the man drive away. They say 3 years warranty as a sham. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. They are scammers!!!!

Ps: They contact me after posting the above review and told me to remove the review and they will try to rectify the problem, but if I don’t they won’t rectify it. What professional company does that?? DO NOT USE THEM U WILL REGRET IT!!!

Amazing service! My bed is exactly what I wanted and the company kept me updated all the way through from order to delivery. Delivery was so quick under the current circumstances and the quality of the bed is amazing. I’ve wanted a new bed for a while and after finding lux sleeps on Instagram I’m so pleased I went through with it. Would recommend to anyone!

Ordered my bed from lux sleeps their customer service was brilliant, very professional and the bed is great quality! Absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend x
