I wouldn’t even rate them a 1 star sent me a sofa that isn’t the one I ordered poorly made and ripped in places, blocked me on all social media account after threatening me if anyone else would like to take them to court please get in contact as I’m also going to go down tnat path it’s clear to me it’s not just me that’s had this problem scammers!!! Definitely recommend reporting them for money laundering and rogue trading

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order, stay away from this company, Oak Sofa Land. Conversations before sale are great, very helpful, quick delivery, only they delivered the wrong item and now instead of dealing with me i have been blocked from their Facebook page and they won’t reply to my emails. Disgraceful company who should not be allowed to keep trading. How are they getting away with this so frequently! Makes me so angry. Peoples hard earned money is being wasted because of money grabbing, selfish individuals. If you’ve made a mistake, hold your hands up and put it right, don’t block people and hope they will go away.

AFTER MESSAGING ON INSTAGRAM AND WHATSAPP ME AND MY PARTNER HAVE BEEN BLOCKED. I have all the messages and screenshots. Disgusting.

Name of company is oak sofa land.

We ordered a u-shaped sofa from "oak sofa land" all was brilliant, great communication, happy to answer all questions etc.. delivery came at 10pm!! Driver was clueless and dropped a piece of the sofa of the back of the van causing some minor damage, the sofa had the incorrect feet but the driver was adamant the company would send the correct ones out.. on top of this the driver offloaded our sofa into the street drive off leaving it there for me and my wife to carry in (wife has issues with her back).
We didn't unwrap the sofa until the next day as by the time we got it in it was around 22:30. As we were unwrapping the sofa it was very clear there were a lot of issues for example...
.Frame doesn't line up.
.Sent the wrong size 320cm instead of 300cm.
.Seating cushions to small for sofa frame.
.Scatter cushions filled with hard chunks of foam and not even filled full.
.Wrong feet.
2 different foot stools, 1 with piping and 1 without.
After trying to contact them I've been blocked on Facebook messenger and Instagram, no answer to any off my calls, no answer to any messages on WhatsApp!
They apparently do not give receipts due to "tax reasons", business address is 17 marble street, Manchester M2 3AW, seems to just be and office block with multiple businesses running out of there..
They pick up the sofas from a warehouse in Burnley, JBS northwest temple drive BB1 1NL.
Absolute disgrace to be treated this way even their website stipulated that if there is any problems at LL they are more than happy to help.

Ordered a u sofa that was supposed to have hard backed pillows so we agreed with them that they would send out the correct pillows on Tuesday it is now Sunday and they are ignoring my partners messages it disgusting customer service I highly recommend you don't buy from them

Ordered a corner sofa from these and it's nothing like the picture advertised.really poor quality sofa and even though it's cheap its still not worth the money ..when challenged on this they pretended to be a new employee and couldn't help..Seriously AVOID..

This company have done nothing short of day light robbery. I ordered a cream/light sand sofa and they turned up with a sofa wrapped in thick plastic dropped it off quickly and left by the time I unwrapped the sofa i soon realised it was mink/brown completely different colour in every way and the side has been so badly made you can see all the bright white underline fabric. I then contacted the company and I only wanted an exchange for the correct colour and they told me it looks fine against my walls then blocked me. I am absolutely shocked a company can treat customers like this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it’s a scam the photos are fake and the sofa is hard as nails on top of that.

This company is trading as oaksofaland they sent me different sofa messed me around for a week saying they would replace it of course they didn’t they purposely sent a cheap one and said they would swap it now they have blocked me

It’s a shame you can’t give zero stars as this company does not deserve any! Took the money for some sofa cushions and never delivered them. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they kept delaying the delivery and then said they would need to issue a refund. Apparently the manager was on holiday and was going to issue a refund when he was back. Nothing. Reported them to my bank and to ACTION FRAUD. Do not waste your hard earned cash on this company. They said they are not thieves but they clearly are

Company that claims my review is fake like they have done to so many just for the record my original reviews is a hundred per cent real anyone wanting proof I have screen shots of endless Instagram messages where they admitted they delivered me the wrong sofa and didn’t refund me or deliver the right sofa that I paid for. So oak sofa I’d be very carful because I’ll post every single message if I have to to protect innocent people hardworking people from being scammed by your awful awful company

Stay away from this company. It’s scammers. They will deliver goods that is not what you ordered. Very very poor quality. Uneven stitching, poor fabric, sofa already falling apart after one day. Ripped sides. Wrong size. I ordered 240cm and received 207cm

Absolutely disgusting service. They have blocked me on WhatsApp and on instagram.

I have reported them to action fraud and to trading standards. Please if you have been affected by this shambles people REPORT THEM TO ACTIONFRAUD (police)

I have exhausted all avenues on getting my deposit back they keep lying to me saying their manager is in Turkey and will be back in a few days. It’s been nearly 3 weeks now. Abdul promised he would speak to Danyal who took my order and deposit. He promised if Danyal didn’t cough up he would return my money himself but nothing came of it. My thoughts are Abdul and Danyal are the same people.

To take a deposit then cancel my order for sofas then not deliver them is so so wrong. They even knew I was getting rid of my existing sofas, leaving me with nowhere to sit these past 3 weeks.

Abdul confirmed that they don’t take deposits only cash on delivery so why take a deposit from me. He replied he took an opportunity and scammed you. I’m

Scam company don’t trust them, they show you one picture then send a different sofa, the only take cash so once you realise you can’t get a refund. They are a scam do not buy from them at all.

So this company can only be contacted via whatsapp. You can not physically speak to anyone. The attendee on the other hand Daniyal states each time manager is in a meeting and will call soon. As soon as i showed interest for more than 2 sofas i was called by the so called manager Abdullah within like 2 hours. As soon as they realised i shared this number with my sister whom they scammed i got blocked from everywhere. Best to keep away and pay that big extra from a reputable company whom you can actually speak to.
