Wonderful service. Irfan was excellent with our hotel booking, very helpful when we had to change our destination because of the current world troubles, and brilliant in securing a 70% refund from our cancelled booking at a posh hotel. Also he guided me on how to make the best of our situation with easyJet (which doesn't do refunds in this situation but does do changes of dates and destinations).

Irfan is very good, helpful, and booked our holidays as we requested. We enjoyed our holidays and it was nice to not have to stress about making the bookings ourselves. We will book our holidays in the future with Irfan. Thank you!
