Dubbel verzonden
Het is een prima product alleen kan de logistiek een stuk beter .
Mijn besteling (een smeltpan van 27L)werd dubbel verzonden waardoor ikzelf achter dingen aan moest om. Een van de 2 pannen terug te sturen.

On our website it is clearly mentioned that the lids for these jars are not included and can be purchased separately. We always try to communicate this as transparently as possible, but we understand that it may still cause confusion, and we apologise for that.
Regarding the missing item, this has already been refunded for you, as customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Excellent Service & Products
I have just received my 2nd order from this company. My first order was just to try it out and only did four candles. I was so impressed that now I have ordered a bit more for testing. So far, the entire experience has been wonderful and top tier. The shipping is incredibly fast (from Belgium to Denmark), no missing items, and everything packaged very well, no damage. The jars I'm trying are more lovely in person and so far, the fragrances are very nice. Only today did I get one wrong fragrance by mistake. I immediately emailed them with my paid order and a photo of the mistaken fragrance. They replied within minutes and stated they will send out the correct fragrance right away. No need to send back the wrong one. So helpful and efficient. I also really love the personal touch with the handwritten message on the boxes. I can't say enough good things about Antwerp Luxury Candles Supplies. I will definitely be ordering more and they may become my new main supplier :) Thank you LCS!

Avoid at all costs – Incompetence and total disregard for customers
I run a small business, and this experience has been disastrous. My order was partially delivered, and the rest never arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups since October 23, 2025, I have received no refund for the missing items.
The company hides behind their carrier, even though no claim was ever filed on their side, as confirmed by Chronopost. Every email is full of empty excuses and unkept promises, and some phone calls even ended with them hanging up on me.
Their inaction has blocked my production and business operations, caused financial strain, and shows a complete disregard for small professional clients.
Nonexistent customer service, misleading communication, and total lack of professionalism. Avoid this company at all costs if you take your business seriously.

We would like to clarify that your case has been under official investigation by DPD, our transport partner, since the day the delivery issue was reported. The claim was indeed filed correctly, and we have been following up with DPD on a regular basis to obtain an outcome. Unfortunately, as long as the investigation remains open, no refund or replacement can legally be processed before the carrier confirms the final status of the shipment.
We fully understand how frustrating this situation has been and deeply regret the impact it has had on your business. Please be assured that we have never ignored your messages, our team has consistently communicated updates throughout the investigation process.
Once DPD provides their official conclusion, a full refund for the missing items will be issued without delay.

Erg fijn bedrijf
FedEx had hier een flinke fout gemaakt maar vanaf de eerste melding zijn ze direct in contact met ze gegaan en is mijn pakket uiteindelijk toch heelhuids aangekomen. Ik vind het een erg fijn en vriendelijk bedrijf.

Heel snelle en correcte levering. Het enige aandachtspuntje was dat de doos langs de zijkanten was gescheurd en de plastieken zak van de was erdoor zat bij levering.
