We had a great experience planning the trip with The Luxury Peru Travel Company. We actually planned this trip 2 years back but did not end up going due to the political trouble in Peru back then. When we decided to go this year, all we had to do is resume the correspondence with Diana and everything was replanned and booked within a week. Diana was extremely responsive answering all our questions and updating the itinerary as required. When we got to Peru, everything went off very smoothly. We were met at each of our stops with a helpful guide and driver and all the arrangements and hotels were very good. The local guides in Lima, Cusco, Puno were very friendly and well informed. A couple of times when there were delays or miscommunications Diana followed up quickly and straightened things out. We will be glad to recommend them to all our friends and family.

Great 8 days trip exploring the inca world. Diane was always ready to answer our questions before Booking and during the trip.

We're extremely pleased with our experience. They were experts in organizing the tour and really hand held us every step of the way, from joining us at the airport to print tags, to getting texts with updates and verifications. The guides were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They were also able to customize a lot of things on the trip that were not part of what was presented on the website. Trip of a lifetime!

Overall the plan that was put in place for us was great! Silvia and Brian were both fantastic. We only had a couple of issues come up where we needed adjust our plans and I think those situations could have been handled better for instance the train was not running from Poroy and we found out 10 minutes before hand I wish we knew prior so we could have just scheduled a private transfer to the other station. We also needed two transfers from the Lima airport the our hotel it was our mistake no problem there. Omar insisted the second couple pay 60 USD right then for the transfer after being in communication all day and not mentioning they needed cash right then and USD. Overall I would happily use this group again.

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Machu Picchu was truly magical, the Hiram Bingham train was an incredible experience, and the Hotel Monasterio was stunningly perfect. Wish we had spent more time in this beautiful country.

This was an excellent tour. Any issues we had, David fixed or responed immediately. Highly recommend. The tours are very valuable, but long, so I recommend a day off tours, after a long one to integrate the information and to have some down time. I also recommend one tour, route 2 of Machu Pichu and a day to just hang out in Agua Calientes to enjoy the hot springs! Beautiful little town on a roaring river.

My partner and I decided to go around Peru and we were given the most unreal and most memorable experiences with Diana. We couldn’t believe our eyes at every excursion! From the drivers, guides, hotels, hotel staff and Diana’s communication 24/7 we felt like Kings and Queens. Our safety was made a priority with this company and we had no issues. Even when we felt sick with the altitude and I got a stomach bug Diana modified the itinerary to make sure we still included everything. You are in no doubt in great hands with this company! Your agent did a great job setting up our itinerary, even though it was kind of last minute. He was always ready with an answer to all my questions.

A big shout out to our guides in Cusco and Machu Picchu. Both of them knew all the historical details and they were very proud of their Peruvian heritage, which made me very happy, since I am Peruvian, Our American friends were very impressed with their knowledge, charisma and kindness. One of my friends was having a hard time climbing up the Machu Picchu steps, and our guide held her hand the whole way. We will be reviewing them individually through another source. I should mention that when one of the vans had a mishap, a rock damaged a radiator hose, our guide immediately contacted another transport to come pick us up.

In Puno, our guide was also very good and knowledgeable.

All in all, it was an excellent experience and will be recommending The Luxury Peru Travel Company to family and friends.

I’ll be honest, I was too lazy to do actual research into other Peru travel companies. The internet led me to this one and I went with it. Boy, we were NOT disappointed. From beginning to end, nonstop luxury, wonderful food, exquisite culture and knowledgeable and friendly guides. We’ve travelled internationally frequently but this company is in the upper echelons.

Obviously no vacation can go perfectly, but this company handled all issues with aplomb and were always available and responsive: I was just going through our photos today, reliving all the wonderful memories.

Well organized. Guides and drivers were where they were supposed to be and when they were supposed to be there.
The various trips were excellent with superb service.
Guides were knowledgeable and friendly.

Professional travel company. Easy to work with and took on board our requirements. We were given access to an application which presented the proposed itinerary, this was really useful throughout the trip.

We purchased the 12-night Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu and Amazon Rain Forrest trip from The Luxury Peru Travel Company. It is certainly not a "budget" vacation, but you definitely get what you pay for. Our hotels in Lima, Cusco and Machu Picchu were all 5-star, luxury properties. The Inkaterra Hacienda Conception lodge in the Amazon is 4-star (as stated in the itinerary), but quite nice. Our private guides were all excellent. Many (but not all) meals are included.
There were a couple of minor glitches with our airport pickups in Lima and in Cusco - but aside from those small issues, everything ran like clockwork. Our tickets for everything were always pre-reserved. We did not have to wait on a single line anywhere. We were upgraded to Premium Economy on most of the intra-Peru flights, although I don't know if that is standard procedure at Luxury Peru Travel Company or if we just got lucky.
David and Andrew were very responsive both before and during our trip, and they were able to customize the itinerary a bit for us. Have WhatsApp set up and working before you leave. It is the best (sometimes the only) way to reach both Luxury Peru Travel Company and your various guides during your trip.
Overall, an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations.

Honestly, the sites we visited were great. However, at least one of our guides was excessively talkative, intrusive, and hyper-religious. She leans heavily toward Incan culture and insinuates that Catholics are to blame for any and all problems in Peru. We were also disappointed with the “5 Star hotel” in Puno. It has not been five star for at least 25 years. We found the travel time between locations tiring but we understood most intervals. Again, one of our guides took us to the airport in Lima more than three hours early for a flight. We did NOT enjoy spending that much down time in the airport. Tighten up your operation. Best guide was Roger on Titicaca. Both guides in Lima were excellent: Sue and Alexa, who took us to Paracus. Take a good look at the app itinerary—there are several errors or omissions.

The trip was so organized with a detailed itinerary and both hotels, transportation, and guides made sure we made the most of our time in Peru. All the guides were amazing and delved into the history of the Inca's and the Peruvians today. The hotels and transportation was top notch! Thanks to David Quinn in making this a glitch free and amazing trip. I will definitely be recommending Luxury Peru Travel to anyone who may be traveling in this area

So wonderful to visit Peru & Machu Picchu with everything coordinated for us in advance by Luxury Peru Travel. Nothing to worry about, just show up! Diana provided us with all the details on an app, her staff met us at airports, transferred our luggage, and gave us very detailed and informative tours in Lima, Cusco & Machu Picchu. We enjoyed fabulous stays at several Belmond hotels, took the Hiram Bingham train, and were so impressed by the courteous and thoughtful service provided by the Peruvian staff throughout our journey. Highly recommend!!!
